These are repairs we have been putting off for several years since we figured it would be expensive. It turns out the cost was very good comparatively to what other vendors also on Angie's List had provided. I'm looking forward to spending the summer with both a screen window and new screen door. Both Brandon & Terry were punctual, professional and got the job done in a short amount of time. I'm bookmarking this company as well as referring neighbors for any future window/screen repairs!

Obviously, since I keep using them, I must like them. 1) Screen door took about 2 days - they did a nice job. 2) Show glass looks good - I'm quite happy. 3) Glass shelves only took a few days - came out exactly as I wanted.

Even though a small job, the service person, Nick, spent time trying to understand our needs and offered options and suggestions for a better result - for example adding a side spring and pull tabs. They turned it around in a few hours and we picked it up and it fit perfectly and was made well.

When I had to put down the screen door to open the door of Bull's, the girl at the reception came out to help me. Hadis was very friendly and got Tom to come out to look at it. He said that the screen can be re-aligned without replacing it. Then he fixed it and the manager Jason decided it will be free of charges for us. Tom did it right there while we were talking about getting a replacement for that window screen. Since the later will take more time and can only be ready the next day, we asked if they can hold the screen door till we come back to pick up the window screen. They agreed to it - saving us a lot of time and trouble. Tom did a great job on both the window screen and the screen door. We're very happy with their service again.

We had a garden window that was original to the house. The top and one of the side panels had condensation between the panes. We didn't want to replace the whole unit as it might have required replacing the granite that sits within the window at it's base. The window is also very difficult to access as it's about 40 feet off the ground. We have a hillside property and happened to have scaffolding up for another project. I didn't even think it would be possible to just replace the panes, but called Bull's to find out. They sent someone out the next morning to give me an estimate. I needed the work done quickly as the scaffolding was only going to be up another couple of weeks. They ordered the glass and had someone out to install it a week later. The installer did a great job and even washed the panels after installing them. The unit looks brand new now. The whole process from estimate to completed installation took a week and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I explained what I was looking for and Brandon showed me the choices and called and verified what could be done since this was a unusual width. We narrowed down the options and I was able to make the purchase quickly. When I explained that I needed it quickly, he contacted the company and put a rush on it. It arrived the next day so it was even quicker than I expected. The door looks and slides so much better I wish I had done this much sooner. Thank you Brandon.

95032The top pain of our bay window at the kitchen sink area cracked (it is probably over 20 years old). Bul's responded right away after I called them, worked with the tenant to schedule a time for repair, and replaced a trapezoid piece of double pain glass for a very reasonable price. I thought the entire bay window would have to be replaced, but you can't even tell it's been fixed. Excellent work.

After initial installation, some water was leaking through the bottom of shower door. Technician came out and fixed it; no additional charge.

I was very pleased with the service. Their bid was competitive and service was prompt and courteous. The labor for the installation was $200 which seemed very reasonable for the work done. The installer was very professional and we were completely satisfied.

Initially I had contacted a locksmith who showed up, took the existing lock out and then replaced the same lock and stated he could not fix it but the charge would be $130 for about ten minutes of work. In my frustrations I contacted another local locksmith and they recommended Bull's. I made an appointment with them. They showed up on time, replaced the lock with a new one, gave me new keys and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend them. Their price for labor, materials and sales tax basically the same as the first locksmith who did nothing.

The person at the counter went over the glass options that were available. We wanted clear glass. We dropped off the cabinet doors late Friday afternoon. The cabinet doors were ready at the specified time the next Tuesday after 12:00. The glass in the doors was extremely clean. A store employee helped carry one of the doors to my car. The store also explained the type of customer mirrors that they can make on site.

Our door became unhinged and they fixed it appropriately. Were very helpful and prompt.

The arrived on time and went to work, they worked fast, but very professionally. It took them about 6 hours to finish the job. The main man Terry, was whistling the whole time, easy to talk to and very friendly. He answered all our questions and we were comfortable with them being in and out of the house. They did a great job.

Our two sliding glass doors enclosing the tub came off the track. I called Bull's and, to my utter surprise, the receptionist told me someone can be at our house in about 20 minutes. Steve came and fixed the problem and replaced the old rollers too. The doors now work better than ever. By the way, I had called the company I previosly had dealt with and they told me it would take two weeks for someone to come out.

We called around to a few places for an estimate and Bull's was right in the neighborhood of everyone else. What I appreciated was their delivery charge wasn't too bad at $45. One other person charged more for the glass and $25 for delivery while someone else charged way less for the glass, but $100 for delivery. In the end, we picked Bull's to support a local business. I placed the order on a Monday and was told I would get a call by Friday to let me schedule a delivery. To my surprise, my wife got a call the next day (Tuesday) and it was delivered a few hours later. So, from order to delivery, we had our glass in about 24 hours. Awesome!

I dropped the screen off on Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday morning. The job was done well and promptly and they even fixed a lock latch on the screen door that was broken.

I have used Bull's Glass a couple of times to have custom sizes of glass and mirrors made. They did a good job, the price was okay and they did the work pretty quickly. Overall, I am pleased and will continue to go back for my cut glass needs. Note: address is listed as Sunnyvale, but the shop is really in Cupertino. Same phone number.

I thought they did a good job. They had a technician come in who knew what he was doing. They were prompt and they did a good job and the price was good as well.

Work was finished the next day and done well. Person who took the order was not very friendly.

We had broken screens so we sent them to these guys. The order was ready when they promised. The job was professionally done and we were happy with the quality of their work.
