I’ve had an excellent experience with Trevor and Neil. I contacted them in a panic after discovering bedbugs on my mattress, and they came the very next day. They were extremely prompt and arrived right on time. They were very thorough in checking everywhere for traces of the little terrors, but they couldn’t find anything. We’re all hopeful this means I got them very early. They did the first treatment the following day, and they scheduled a secondary treatment for a few weeks from now. I am so impressed with how kind, professional, and comforting they both are. They reassured me throughout the process and even stated they’d come back free of charge on the off chance I ever see another one. They also advised me throughout the process on what I need to do (wash and heat dry everything, bag all fabrics, strip my sheets, etc.) and provided aftercare instructions. I’m also extremely appreciative of the care and thoughtfulness they showed my dog. As a pet lover, I always worry about things that may hurt my dog, but they advised me to wait for a while for the treatment to dry and even removed his bowls out of the room. I have all my fingers and toes crossed that the bugs are gone!
