I called in the evening and they answered the phone. They came out the next day and got the job done quickly and done right. Adam ran into a problem that we had mismatched locks but he had the parts in his truck and was able to finish anyway. He also made extra keys for me on the spot. He did an excellent job.

The work was good. Was fast to respond and arrive The cost was way overpriced. 400$ to install two deadbolt locks. The actual labor was under 1 hour So yeah no way w should have been 400. Not even 300 would be acceptable

Mike, my locksmith, called me right away, and we set up an appointment. He called from the road, and let me know his ETA. He listened to my description of the problem, and was willing to try to solve the issue. And fix it, he did! We can open our desk again! We appreciate his imagination and can-do spirit.

I will not use Buddy's Locksmith again. When Simon called responding to my Angi request, I asked specifically what it would cost to get two locks re-keyed. He told me $29 for the service call and labor. I was a fool to think the cost would be around the $150 listed on Angi's list for this service, but he also was intentionally misleading on the price. He ended up installing two new locks (door knob & deadbolt), instead of re-keying, and I was charged $400. When I complained, I was told there was only $20 difference between re-keying and new lock and we were getting the better deal. Because Simon was not clear on the price, I feel I was intentionally misled and he refused any credit or compensation. This was an expensive learning experience. On the plus side, Simon was nice to my daughter and the new locks work fine...but the dishonesty on the pricing up front is incredibly disappointing and misleading.

A locksmith was not necessary for this job, and, for $215 to unstick a door, it was very expensive.

Buddy installed my lock installed upside down and the knob gets stuck and jiggles not tight fit. He said that was the only way it fit? Do not usually see key holes upside down. I also feel $500+ was high since I provided the locks and it took about 1 hour of work. Not very happy with the cost and work performed. First time using services. Came back did repairs. Thank you.
