Replaced the windows downstairs first. There were problems but they corrected all of them to my satisfaction. That is why I used them to replace the upstairs windows. They even reduced the price by 5% for the problems I encountered. I had no problems with the second installation. The crew was very efficient, professional, and left everything clean and as they found it.

Estimate was provided on 10/10/12. I felt the estimate was fair in price and the gentleman had good suggestions - no hard selling. On 10/22/12, their measuring person came over to measure the door and windows. I was told that it would take 5 to 7 weeks to order/make and ship windows and doors. It took a little longer, but considering the weather at the time where they manufacture (back east), I was OK with that. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that they didn't call and tell me when my windows and door arrived - I called to check on the status and found out they had come in. Installation was completed on 12/14/12. The installer did a great job and hauled the old windows and door away - I very much appreciated that. I waited a while to provide a review as everything was installed when is was rainy and damp. I wanted to make sure that the windows and doors would open and close properly as it dried out and got warmer. Everything works perfect. I will definitely use this company again.

Th e estimate was handled professionally. They came out to measure one day. When the door became abailable a team of two men came to remove the old door and install the new one. The process was completed on time. I would recommend them to others.

The guy gave the first quote and then he came out to give the second quote. He was super professional and his response time has been great. The prices were good. His price was competitive with the samples than what another company quoted. The fellow that came out to take measurements was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quoted $3,000 for 5 windows. We bought the windows. Another company quoted $11,000 for the same 5 windows. Our whole house is 30 years old.

The job went very well. We were kept informed about all the steps, from estimate to completion. We had the benefit of one of the owners/experts help in the design and installation of a prominently located bow window (a difficult job). All the technicians were professional and obviously very competent and caused us very little inconvenience.

On the install day, a couple of workers from Brothers' stopped by and they were highly professional in getting all 7 windows replaced in a little over 6 hours. They were careful to cover our carpet and cleaned up nicely after they were done. We are very happy with our new windows and glad that working with Brothers' has been a highly pleasant experience.

very very happy with the promptness and price of the new window. they had worked with other units in our HOA so they were spot-on wiht the required color and fnishing specs. the installation was done within an hour and did not leave any mess or broken glass behind.

Repairman arrived a little ahead of time, removed the cracked window and replaced the new double paned window all within 30-40 minutes and it was done. I was pleased to learn that Brothers has a repair service and not just for warranty repair.

They are absolutely fabulous for their customer service and their quality of product. About a month after the installation, there was a crack in the panel. They came and replaced it at absolutely no cost. They stand behind their products and they are very good. I have had no problems with them whatsoever.

They had a new one made for us, all very well done and very professional.

Roc Miller came and gave a superb demonstration of the Brother's Windows products which are manufactured by Brother's at their own facility in Nevada.. I was quickly convinced that the Brother's product was far superior to the Milgard windows we were contemplating. Installation went very well except for a bit of mess left by the installers. The product is EXCELLENT and I highly recoomend any windows or doors from Brother's. If you can try to get Roc as your sales rep. he even let us come to his home to see the windows installed!

They showed up on time, they knew what they were doing. All the windows work great. They cleaned up nicely. We have had a problem with one of the windows and they came out and fixed it the next day which was great.

The job went smoothly. They came when they said. All the windows and 2 of the 3 doors were installed in one day!! The door that wasn't installed opened the wrong way. It was the manufacturers fault, not Brothers. They reordered the proper one. Unfortunately, it took 12 weeks to get this door. When I called Brothers to inquire about it, they were more than gracious and immediately fixed the problem. (I think they personally drove to Sacramento to get the door!!) Brothers was a wonderful company to work with and I definately would use them again!!

i couldn't be more pleased. showed up on time. very pleasant and professional installers. installed 20 windows in two days. they cleaned up completely. the installation itself went very well and i like how the new windows look and operate. i honestly can't believe how painless the process has been. i highly recommend Brothers. i will use them again to replace the sliders in our home.

I was very impress w/Michael(Owner) he took care of me and along the way made sure that job is done correctly. I would love to refer them to my family and friends. I love my windows and patio door. Tom did a fantastic job presenting his product and guys who installed my windows did good job.

I had a problem with the installation and the product. They did not cut the rectangles correctly and I can feel air coming in around the window. But the price was competitive and the person who came out was wonderful. He was on time, friendly and professional. I will use them again in the future.

We were impressed immediately with the sales person's open, honest approach. ******* UPDATE BELOW He showed us actual windows from competitors and ones that are custom made from Brothers - and the differences between them. Measurements were made and a firm quote (with Angie's List and Senior discounts!) was given to us on the spot. We had a second person come a few days later to confirm the measurements. It took about 6 weeks for the windows to be constructed and they installed them. UPDATE 09/13/12. I was initially very happy with the windows. And the windows have worked as promised. What I didn't realize was that the warranty does NOT pass on to the next owner of the house! I was told that it was a lifetime warranty....but I was not told that the warranty was NOT TRANSFERRABLE. This was really BAD NEWS as I specifically told the salesperson that I was going to sell the home within the next year.....and I only discovered this when I sold the home in August 2012. It DOES state this in their paperwork it was MY Fault for not reading it. When I told the salesman that I was going to sell it I think that he should have pointed out to me that the warranty would end when the house was sold. BUYER BEWARE!

I ususally don't write reviews but I actually joined Angies List because this company had an out dated approval seal from Angie and I wanted to check up on them. I would recommend that you proceed with caution. The windows are lovely and the service was excellent on sales and installation, and the price is right. With the first rain there was condensation between the window panes on 3 of the windows. I took pictures of only 1 of the 3 windows (error on my part). They sent a inspector to see the windows a couple of weeks later when the weather was warmer and there had been no rain for a few weeks.... and guess what ? no condensation was present. dah ... As it stands now, we will have to wait until it rains again to have the inspector come again to verify that there is indeed condensation between the panes. While I can understand from a buisness perspective why this must be so.... I am uncertain about the quality at this time. The company thinks that I may be in error and/or the windows will perform better in the future. Me? Absolutely no desire to replace windows that were just replaced. I promise to write in again to let you know what happens.

We are in the process of getting windows from them. I was very impressed with their honesty and quality of their product.

They were recommended to me by my friends. They were very professional. When they came out, they called me 15 minutes before so that they could let me know that they are coming late. They called me and told me that they were stuck in a freeway in an accident and they may be coming late. They kept calling me and kept me updated. I liked that. After they had done the work, I never had to call them back for anything. They charged exactly what they said it was going to be. I was very much satisfied with them. They really did what we wanted them to do. They have really reduced the street noise coming into the house. I have recommended them to other also. I would use their service in the future too.

Our new Simonton windows are beautiful. They are LoE3 dual panes and have dramatically reduced the heat that comes in from the morning sun. I anticipate a reduction in AC bills this year. The final price matched the original estimate, even though extra trim was needed. They left the installation area neat and clean. We couldn't be happier with the quality of materials, the service, and the lifetime warranty. I have many more windows to upgrade and will go back to Brothers for the next ones.

The windows installed when our home was new over 20 years ago needed to be upgraded. The seals on several of them had broken and the aluminum frames where not providing the insulation that was needed. In addition, the sliding glass door to the patio had become a wrestling match every time we needed to open it. To top it off two of the windows had cracks in the glass. It was time to do something. Brothers was a last minute addition to the list of potential contractors base on their ranking on Angie's list. I was very impressed with their sales person and with the quality of the product. Brothers was one of two companies of the several that I called that willing provided a written quote. The quality of their product, which they have custom made was excellent and they provided a significant list of referrals near where we live. They final factor in the decision to go with Brothers, in addition to the great price, was a glowing referral from a relative who had their windows replaced a few months earlier. The actual installation exceeded my expectations. After everything was completed we found a few minor issues during the final walk through. Small snags in three screens and the door lock to the pation door did not work quite right. I expected some push back which I was very pleased do not happen. The installer contacted their service department as within a few days everything was taken care of.

Bart came out on 9/20 to give a clear explanation of their product, measure the windows and give an estimate. Once their bid was excepted, a measurement check was done and a 30% down payment was done on 10/8. We then entered what Brother's calls the silent period while the windows were fabricated. Brothers called in November and scheduled the installation for 11/17-18. Mike and his helper arrived promptly on 11/17 and did the installation. They stayed late and got the installation done in one day. They did a good job with the installation and did a good cleanup. Final payment was made at the completion of the job. Later I noticed that the seal on one panel was bulging up above the window frame. I was concerned that the window might loose its seal between the glass panes, so I called Brothers to ask if this was a problem. They very readily volunteered to send out a technician to look at the window. The technician examined the window and said that there was no problem with the window loosing its seal but that the bulge harmed the appearance of the window and the panel would be replaced. He said an order would be placed for a new panel and subsequently this was done.

The windows are wonderful. I absolutely adore and love them. I liked working with the company a lot. There was only a small thing I did not like but I am living with it. In general I give them an A+ across the board. The sales representative, Tom, was really good. I interviewed 6 to 8 different companies. Most of them I really liked but there was something special about Tom. I liked his presentation. There was no pressure. It was a little hard to decide between the windows because our condo requires a particular color on the outside. We were limited. This company was accommodating and had the color I needed. I love the construction of the windows. I did a lot of research on line for the glass, what goes in between, the frame and installation. Once I had that information I asked more questions. They brought samples and their warranty is really good. Besides loving the state of the art windows, we have had more than 50% savings on our energy bill. I love the looks of the windows and the security. Most companies will give you an installation warranty and the windows to the manufacturer. Brothers manufactures their own so they handle the entire lifetime warranty of the windows, transferable to a new owner. You have to ask all the right questions and I think I did. The screens are also great. They have a spring on the side. These come out really nice and are just beautiful. You can barely see the screen. They have a double lock, one high and one low. The installation was well and they were certified. They were on time and only took one day to complete the job. They were accommodating with having my mother's room done first so she could rest. They were the only company to see that I needed tempered glass in one window. The cost of that is quite a bit more but it was all rolled into one bod. I told them I really liked them but could not afford the original $8000 estimate. And they did bring the price down. I talked to the entire office and everyone was pleasant and answered all my questions. They helped me with the rebate. The 2 points I had issues with was no boot covers which got my carpet dirty. But they took care of it as soon as I said something and most of the mess vacuumed up. When removing the glass they try not to break the glass but one of the windows did and I am still finding little pieces of glass. It was just an accident but they should have planned for this to possibly happen. They were very responsive and pleasant while here and did good work. I thought they did a really good job.

We started out at the San Jose showroom in our search to get estimates. The salesman was excellent in his attentiveness and information. We made an appt for measurements for the next week. The estimate was thorough and complete and we told him we needed other estimates from other window providers. Within the next couple weeks, we sought other estimates and during this time the Bros rep did a follow up call to see how we were doing. Any question I had I either emailed Bros rep or called him. A lot of time was given us with the Bros rep, and when I had made my decision on a slimmer window from another manufacturer, the Bros rep insisted that he show me that theirs can be as slim. I had examples from my neighbors' homes on what I didn't want in the way of an "excessive" white frame. The Bros rep made every effort to convince me that their product was equal or superior to his competitors. Their price became more competitive and his enthusiasm for the product swayed me to decide in his favor. It took six weeks from the order to delivery, and the windows were installed when promised. The installers were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and ultimately the window appearance turned out better than expected. The outside windows trim was added and after we painted them the house color, the appearance was greatly enhanced. The installers completed the entire job in one full long day. Because one window arrived with a small scratch, a replacement is forthcoming.
