The installation team of Alberto, Javier, and Luis did an excellent job. It was a three- day job to ensure the quality of the window installation. The windows look beautiful! The salesperson, Roch Miller, is fantastic. He goes above and beyond his duty to ensure that customers receive quality products and installation. He facilitates any issues in a prompt and exceeding timely manner. Roch really "rocks." Customer Service is responsive to any issues. I highly recommend this salesperson and company for any of your window needs.

They gave me a quote within 1 or 2 days. I had received some other quotes as well and was able to negotiate them down to match the lowest quote I received for the exact same product. They came out to do a final measurement and sign the contract. Once I got approval from my HOA, I called Brother's to give them my credit card number to place a deposit so they would order the windows for me. I was told it would take about 3 weeks and they would contact me. After 3 weeks, I called the original salesperson to get a status and was told he would have someone call me back. I waited 2 days and didn't hear anything back. I called the general number for Brother's to check on the status and was told the person in charge of this would get back to me later that day. I didn't hear anything. At this point, I felt like they had just taken my money and who knows if they even placed the order for my windows. I only wanted to get a status to see if we were still on track since I would have to take time off work for the installation. I sent a scathing email to their general email address and finally got a call back. They said the windows would be done in another week (so it actually took 4 1/2 weeks to order the windows, not 3 weeks as originally quoted) and scheduled an installation date. They also said it would take 2 days to install (the original quote in my contract stated it would only take one day). The installation process went pretty smoothly. The 2 men who came to do the installation were very nice and professional. Overall, they were very attentive up until the point I gave them my money, then it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. Those few days where they wouldn't return my calls made me so upset that I wouldn't use them again. The men who came to install the windows were great and did a wonderful job. Their website claims they have great customer service, but I'm going to call BS on that. They didn't do a very good job in setting expectations: 3 weeks to order windows, it actually took 4 1/2 weeks, 1 day to install, it actually took 2 days. I received the exact same quote for the exact same product from R&M Quality Windows and if I could go back in time I would go with them instead.

The entire team (sales, measurer, scheduler, installers) completely professional and quality work. I have a hectic professional schedule and with notice they were able to accommodate me throughout the process. There was no pressure to buy, no everyone must be present to sign, no this is the best product for you. Just straight forward this is what we have here are your options you chose what works best for your budget. I was so pleased with them that they have done both of my houses. The installers were awesome. They arrived early worked quickly but throughly and were very conscious about cleaning up after themselves. Definitely would recommend. Also best price out of all the quotes.

Everyone came to the my house on time and finished the work on time. Tony and service/appointment team answered all my questions before and after installation. The door was ordered quickly and they did a great job! I highly recommend Brothers across the board without hesitation.

It was a full replacement of the entire house. They just knew their stuff. They were not typical sales people. Once they installed the windows, it was exactly what we expected or even better. When they were done, it looked like the windows were originally installed in he house. You would never be able to tell that they were replaced windows. They were all on schedule and we didn't have to wait a long time for them to be made.

We were referred to Brother's through one of our neighbors. After getting a quote from another group and then Brother's we opted to go with Brother's. They were much more interested in what we needed and provided a better grade of window for marginally more than the other company. They came and did the estimate and then followed up with the official measuring and casing selection. It was a fast and easy process. We had asked to go ahead and schedule out the install based on the longest lead time so that we could coordinate work schedules. I've read many reviews where the windows come in much earlier than expected. The morning of the install the installer were on time and went right to work. No muss, no fuss, they were quick and clean. The amount of sealing and insulating they do when they install is great. There is a lot of attention to detail. We did have one window that was broken. They were able to install it and taped up the cracks so that it wouldn't be a hazard (it was on the outside pane). They had already ordered the replacement glass and will be back to fix it. The windows look great and we immediately felt a difference in the noise and temperature in the house. Brother's also replaces the glass under warranty for whatever reason. We are thrilled with this company!

Over the past three years, several doors and windows needed servicing. Every time, Brothers Home Improvement worked with the manufacturer and made the entire process hassle free. Everything was done professionally, on schedule and done right the first time. Some of the doors and windows were installed in 1998 and the life time warranty was honored promptly and done right the first time. We?ve recommended Brothers to family and friends over the years, and our experience seems to be typical ? not many things fail, but when they do, they are fixed hassle free.

We solicited six estimates from local companies. Talked to Brothers at the San Jose Home Show and received $300 in coupons for that visit. They came out to do the estimate and didn't bother us while we collected other estimates, like some of the other companies. Their estimate was not the lowest, but we liked the company and the window design. They seemed to be very in-tune with their Angie's list feedback, providing responses where appropriate. They gave us the standard 4-6 week estimate, but less than three weeks later they called to say the windows were in and they had a cancellation for the next day. The installers arrived on time (8:30 am) on installation day and had all the windows installed by 3:00 pm. The installers even knew the names of our pets and worked around their needs. They did a great job... the windows look fantastic and we can already notice the improvement in temperature over our old single-pane windows. Brothers has exceeded our expectations. Price was amazing given the number of windows We had. Every individual was extremely professional, curious and punctual. The quality of the product was also amazing. Our home is now far more energy efficient than it used to be and the rail track noise is also significantly reduced since the new Windows were put it. I wouldn't hesitate to say these guys are really good and I fully recommend them. I in fact recommended to a family friend and the also used Brothers bases on our feedback and love it as well

We went to their office in San Jose (hard to find, but we didn't give up, because we had them install a sliding door several years ago and we liked it). We looked at their present products and made an appointment for them to measure our windows. The man came at the appointed time, was very friendly and helpful and measured all the windows and sliding door. After approximately 6 weeks they called and made an appointment for installation. Three men came in 2 trucks with all the materials and equipment needed. A fourth man came later and they were finished by mid-afternoon. We had one windowsill that had dry rot that was so bad that we needed a 2X4 replaced. They placed the window in and didn't seal it all the way. We got a man to take the sheetrock out and do the necessary repairs and Brothers came back and sealed up the window and put a sill in. They cleaned up after themselves very well and did a good job on the installation.

They were great and wonderful. They were really good. I thought their prices were very reasonable. The extra stuff that was put on looks just great. I think their professional manner really stood out to me. I had interviewed quite a few people and I thought a couple of them were really good. I’m not quite sure why I decided on them. I think it was because of their professional attitude and they were very businesslike minded. They were the most presentable and they turned out to do a wonderful job.

I got this company from Angie's List and they provided me good service. They worked on my 10 windows. They're very professional, on time and their pricing is very good. They're a good company to deal with and they made it very easy to order windows. They would be coming back again to do work for me again for an extra window.

I bought my house 3 years and have never liked the front door and the heavy screen door covering it. I talked with the sales person over a year ago and told him exactly how I wanted the door to look. He was very helpful and assured me that even though the door and removal of the metal screened door in front of it seemed costly, I would be very pleased with the outcome (he made special mention of how nice it would look without the ugly metal door in front of it). It took me another 8 months to save the money for the door and services provided, but I contacted Brothers Home Improvement in July 2013 to arrange the final measurements and installation. The sales person I originally talked to was no longer there (I was told he retired), but they sent out another gentleman to take the final measurements. On the day of the installation, August 15, 2013, I had taken the day off work to meet with the installers and get an idea of how long the process would take. I left the house after an hour to run some errands then came back briefly to observe the progress. I noticed that they didn't seem to be doing anything with the metal screen door, so I confirmed that it was going to be removed. They one lead installer looked at me for a moment and said, "yeah, I guess we could do that too, if you want." He acted as if it wasn't part of the order, but he started to remove the screen door frame so I thought the mistake was resolved. I had an appointment out of town, so I told the installers I would try to get back before they finished. As it turned out, I was delayed and didn't get back until after they had finished. The way they left the door and the inside entryway in my home was appalling. They had put a plastic sheet over the door entrance when they removed the asbestos and other material around the door. Evidently, the plastic wasn't secured correctly because there was dust/dirt (asbestos?) all over my couch next to the door and covering every table, floor, window sill and other surface within 10 feet of the door. In addition the frame around the outside of the door looked unfinished...as if they had to leave in a hurry. There were gouges where the screen door frame once existed and the patchwork job was sloppy, at best. They used white paint on my peach-colored house as a "touch up." In addition, the threshold was too short, leaving a half inch extra wood where you step down to the porch. I called Brothers Home Improvement to explain my discontent with my almost $2,000 door installation. The customer service called back within a couple of days and was very sympathetic, assuring me that Brothers wanted me to be happy with their products and services. She scheduled a "technician" to come out and remedy any issues I may have with the door. Naturally, I needed to clean up the dust/dirt/silt on the furniture and floors myself since it smelled and looked dirty. The technician came on October 1, 2013. He looked at the door and asked me what was wrong. That was surprising since it was obvious to me and everyone who has seen the door that it looks (and is) not finished. I pointed out the lack of framing outside around the door, the threshold, the slapdash painting over the gouges. He told me that there was no mention on my order about the putting framework around the door. Really? So, to add insult to a whole lot of injury, now I'm viewed as a crackpot since I expected a professional looking finished door for $1,980? Anyway, he had a few pieces of spare wood in his truck, so he measured and cut three pieces of work and nailed a frame around the door. And, off he went without another word to me about the gap at the threshold or the touch up paint job. I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER recommend Brothers Home Improvement or use them again. I'm sure others have been satisfied with their services or they wouldn't still be in business. But, I feel been ripped off and taken advantage of. My door is less than adequate, especially for what I paid. In the last month, I have even noticed that the door is not straight across the top and that there is a small gap in the bottom corner where the light from outside shows through (so much for the "air tight" door I was promised).

Brothers Home Improvement was great to work with. We feel like we got a very good price for the quality of windows we installed. They wouldn't install our patio door, which was a little bit of a hassle, but the sales rep provided us with a name of a contractor that would do it for us. Our only complaint is that the installers did not do a very good job of cleaning up the broken glass from our old windows. We kept on finding pieces, up to 7 in. long, around our yard for a couple of weeks. We have pets and saw this as a safety issue. This is why I gave them a B on professionalism. Overall though, are are very happy with their product and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good quality window at a good price!

This was painless. First off they honored a quote from over a year ago. Second they did not have to remove most of my window coverings and those they did remove they put back and all at no charge. All of the windows look so much better. I love that they had the lever type locks which are so much easier to use then pinch locks. They answered all my concerns, everyone was punctual, respectful, friendly, and professional. Yes, I recommend them.

We had to schedule the install on two separate half days instead of one single day as they prefer but they were very accomodating to arrange a split schedule. They arrived on time and were able to complete the install in a single day thus saving us a day. The installation went well without any mess around the house and looked great. We had some question on the bead size of the caulking later on. As soon as we called them, they repsonded and set up a follow up inspection. In all, Brothers staff is very organized, prompt and courteous. We would definitely recommend them. And a big thanks to Bart.

We first had Brothers replace all of our doors and most of the windows with dual pane energy efficient windows about 4 years ago. The whole process was smooth and we had no complaints. The windows and doors have worked very well over the past few years. We recently remodeled some rooms in the house that we hadn't replaced the windows in for some reason, so we did not hesitate to call Brothers up and finish the job. It never even occurred to us to have someone else provide an estimate as we knew they would give us a quality product and treat us fairly. It's nice when you have a good experience with a company and know what to expect. This time around it went just as well. They just finished installing two very large windows in less than 2 hours. The one thing I would change if possible is the rather long wait time on the window manufacturing. It takes about 1 month or so, but they are custom so probably not much they can do about it. Their warranty and free glass replacement are great as well. We had a couple problems with the house settling after a few years and they will take care of fixing it as part of the original service. Would definitely call Brother's again, but since I have no windows left it hopefully won't be any time soon.

I called this good review company and tried to have appointment to estimate the quote for replacing my 7 old windows. They told me that I have to measure the windows first then tell them by phone(no email). Then they will give me the price. If I agree the price, they would like to come. I think I won't call them back!!! Please do business like what you said on your website.

We thought we needed to replace our 15 year old replacement windows and proceeded to get estimates.. Brothers gave us the best price hands down. The reason we did not replace is because after doing more research including talking to a contractor we discovered we did not have a window failure eg. Seals broken.. We had a LOW E coating failure and found out just the Lowe E double panes could be replaced. This saved us thousands of dollars.

The purchase was a no brainer for me. I was in the process of remodeling the entire kitchen and the contractor gave an outrageous bid to replace the window. I immediately cancelled that part of the project with them. I called Roch at Brothers. He provided the consultation when I had the windows replaced in the entire house two years before. I got a convenient appointment almost immediately. Roch is so efficient and knowledgeable it took only a few minutes of my time to get an excellent bid which was about half the price of the contractor's bid. As the rest of my windows were already Brothers custom fit manufactured windows, I needed no more time to decide. The promised delivery date was met. I needed a Saturday appointment, so it did take an additional 10 days to schedule installation, but that was my choice. The installation team arrived exactly on time and finished the very professional job about two hours. They could have done a little better job of cleanup, but overall, I have no complaints on their work. One other thing to mention is their customer service department. After the previous installation of windows, one needed some adjustments. The technicians arrived the following day and immediately corrected the minor issue. So ultimately, Brothers has another customer who REMAINS satisfied. I recommend them for any replacement window needs.

I met Tom, a sales representative at Brothers show room. Tom was very professional and friendly. He showed me the different window options and features. it was an excellent first impression already. Shortly after, I made an appointment for in home consultation. Tom gave me many great suggestions and window options that would work best for my home. He was ready and prepared with all the samples for my selection. That was so helpful to have actual sample to look at. I also got another bid from other company, but I was more comfortable with Tom's service so I gave my business to Brothers. Many weeks later, the windows were ready as schedule. My job included making new openings for windows and sliding glass door, and also closing up some windows. Hence, a contractor through Brothers was used for those remodeling work. The product quality and the labor work for the retro fit windows by Brothers were excellent. However, the work by other contractor not excellent. Do not get me wrong, the contractor was not bad at all, but I expected better since it was an expensive job. The cost I listed was only for products and retro fit labor by Brothers. There was additional cost for the contractor job. Maybe my expectation was high because Brothers' quality and service were so high that the contractor was overthrown. One disappointment was the entry door installation. The guy who installed the door was little sloppy on cleaning up and left some smudges on the door and wall. Overall excellent experience despit minor flaws. Any big job will have some small issues. I will absolutely recommend Brothers.

Overall.... This was an EXCELLENT experience. 1. Spoke with Erik Parubrub. 2. He was VERY professional and allowed me to go through each window and ask for EXACTLY what we wanted. 3. Erik submitted the Company estimate on time as requested. (We interviewed 5 companies and asked for the estimate by a specific time and giving each Company plenty of time to respond). 4. This estimate was 95% perfect. We believe the quality of the windows and install would have been fine... with no problems. 5. What made us go with the other Company was the price. The other Company gave us more than a $2000 difference. We just couldn't look the other way. We believe the other Company can estimate such a low price because they buy in large quantity. Therefore, they can give a lower estimate. And they have been winning with others with this method of bidding. Good luck Brothers Home Improvement Inc! We hope we can hire you in the future.
