When our windows were ready to be installed the crew arrived right on time and got to work. They had to break a lot of the old glass and did a real good job cleaning it up. The work was completed in one day.

Installer was incredibly efficient and neat and an outstanding worker. His name is Jimm.

Had a stellar experience with them. From quote to install, this group is top notch. You receive reminder calls of appointments, and they are always on time. Pleasure to work with. I'll use them again soon to replace two more windows. Call them.

Before: Tony showed up on time to pitch his windows, and brought samples. The quoting process was unpressured and informative. I did have a little trouble getting follow up (it took a little time to get a list of customers in my area, he was a little slow on returning calls, but to be fair, I wasn't in a hurry). During: The rep. who came to measure was friendly and efficient. The installers were very impressive; they impressed me as craftsmen and not just installers. They got all the windows in about 5 hours, they answered my questions, pointed out where they recommended a change from standard installation, pointed out a scratch on one of the windows, and ordered a replacement, installed a bathroom window surrounded by tile without damaging any (one of my big concerns), and they cleaned everything up as they went. After: The windows are great! They do block the IR from the sun, I can sit near a window without getting cold from the breeze.

The thing I liked the best was that they were very responsive. The owner was even out there working with the crew. They said it would be completed in two days, but because I had changed my mind on what I wanted they finished in 4 days. They had told me on the third day that it would take probably two more days, but they were finished the next day. They did good quality work. I thought their price was fair. I have an old house, so the windows are probably bigger than normal. I know I have a lot of 4 x 4 windows.

This company's estimate was far less than other companies that I looked in to. They came out to my home and did a demonstration that I was impressed with. Installing their product in my home has made a huge difference in the efficiency of my home. I rarely needed to turn on my air conditioner all summer and I look forward to seeing the difference it makes with my heat this winter.

I can see why they have so many favorable comments. Their bid came in a 30% less than the next lowest bidder. The windows exceeded our expectations. The installers, Jerry and Brian, were professional, left everything clean, and had a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure doing business with Brother's Windows.

Very satisfied with the job. Tony (the salesman) did a thorough job of explaining the differences between different windows and presenting options. I got 2 other estimates; one was quite a bit higher and asked me to come into the showroom before they would come to my house. The other estimate was slightly higher, seemed on a par with quality but would take longer to perform the work. The installers came earlier than expected, and finished the job in less than a day. Job was done neatly, with just a few minor dings to the existing wood sills. Everything was left clean and tidy. Installer explained all the maintenance issues clearly.

They were very helpful at the sales phase and fast in installation. They were quick to fix a problem that arose at no additional charge. I would use them again in the future. We did price around and found higher prices and lack of responsiveness. They were very reasonably priced and communicated well.

Bart, the salesman, was reasonable. As we had other companies come in, we learned more about windows and the process than what Bart presented. After a visit to the showroom, we decided to go with Brother windows. After a few weeks, the windows were ready and we had them installed. Two guys came out and changed all 7 windows and our 12' sliding glass door, all in one day. Though the installers had, um, interesting interactions between themselves, they did good work. As one installed, another completely cleaned the frame and glass on all windows and caulked all joints. Overall, good work; recommended.

Tony Saurz came and gave us an estimate to replace all windows and sliding glass door. Very professional. No pressure. Just gave us the facts. Five weeks after ordering, office called to set up appointment to install for following week. Brian, Ryan and Steve showed up on time got right to work and had work done in one day. All seemed to know their job and were very nice.

Smoothly from beginning estimates to ending presentation. All recommendations of past customers provided was reassuring, available window choices and brands were numerous and varied, demonstrations of work craftsmanship impressive and lifetime warranties provided confidence in their company and work which was projected to customers.

The price was very fair. They were very professional and we never felt pressured to make a decision. They did a really nice job and cleaned up very well when they were finished. The work was all done in one day.

The job went pretty smoothly. One window was incorrectly configured, but the company took immediate responsibility for the error and replaced the window a few weeks later without any difficulties. The installers also did not have a ladder tall enough to install some of the windows. They borrowed my ladder and propped it up against the wall. This caused minor wall marks. Updates: Three of the upstairs windows leaked. One was built incorreclty and had to be modified to drain properly. One of the windows had to be repaired for leaks twice. Although I was not impressed by the leaks which should not have occurred in the first place, I am giving Brother's high marks for their responsiveness to my complaints (the intial leaks were fixed in heavy rain - I did not expect this but it was completed anyway).

The process was smooth. They were knowledgeable about their product and did a good job comparing it with other options. The installer was prompt and did a thorough job. It did take them a little longer than they initially estimated (6 weeks) to build the door for my space, but overall I'm pleased with the outcome.

The salesman, Bart, was great to deal with. No pressure and worked with us on the quote. The installers were professional and pleasant. The company has it's own installers and was able to schedule a Saturday install for us. Overall, they did a good job and we're quite happy with our new windows.

Overall it went well. They said they would do it in 4 to 6 weeks and they did. They did it all in one day. They had some problems with wood around one of the windows and the door, and they replaced it with no additional cost.

The work went very well form beginning to end. Tony Saenz did the measurements for an estimate. He presented all of the window replacement possibilities to us so we could compare their appearance and features. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Once the bid was received within a couple of days, and a decision was made by us to proceed, the final measurements were taken and the windows went into production. Several weeks later the windows were installed in both units within two days. The team who installed them were also knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their work was impeccable. Overall I feel we received very good quality windows from a team of true professionals. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The salesperson was extremely professional and not pushy at all. He described the options, showed me their windows and gave me a very good price. Compared to another company they were about 60% cheaper. They give a lifetime warranty and, since they manufacture their own windows, they have full control over the quality. They installed two bay windows from Simonton as well - and I have to say the quality of their own windows is better. Installation went extremely smooth. The windows were ready in six weeks (as promised). The day of the install they arrived right on time. They are really GREAT people to deal with and they take utmost care not to disturb anybody and clean up after they are finished. There was a very small issue with the glass in one panel. They noted it and I received a call today (two weeks after installation) that it is ready and will be replaced next Tuesday. Great customer service. They stand behind their word - I would highly recommend them.

The salesman worked with me to get what I wanted and gave me a volume and senior discount (you have to ask). I was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks to installation but it went beyond that because of a back-ordered window. The installation went well and the installer(s) were friendly, efficient, cleaned up their messes. There was a missing screen and one of the patio doors was the wrong size but they put on the one they had with them -- I am still waiting for the screen and the replacement patio door. The installer asked me to hold back $1000.00 of what I owed for the job until I had the correct door and screen. So they owe me the screen and door and I owe them $1000 more.

We got estimates from several window companies. Many of the salesmen were very, very pushy. The prices varied greatly and so did the quality. One salesman gave me an estimate for $19,000, and said I had to buy that night. The salesman from Brothers was very low pressure. He was very knowledgeable also. The windows seemed like the best quality, and the quote was the lowest! When we checked their rating with the Better Business Bureau, it was perfect. So we decided to go with them. They were always on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish. We did have a couple of minor problems, but they came out and fixed them right away at no charge, with no hassle whatsoever. We have been very pleased.

The sales rep was most professional and informative. We were immediately impressed with the concern for customer satisfaction and overall quality. The price is a real bargain. Don't expect their prices to stay this reasonable forever, as soon as word gets out, demand will drive the prices up! The crew was efficient and professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result! We compared their product with Anlin, Milguard, Certainteed, International, Simonton, Anderson, and just about every other vinyl window manufacturer, and are convinced we got not only a superior bargain, but the best overall product as well. We especially recommend the "Quick Case" product installed inside the windows. It really dresses up the interior appearance and delivers a finished look equal to or better than custom millwork on-site. I'm sure that their customer satisfaction department (if we ever need to contact them) will be just as professional. These guys care!

I had a great experience with this company. Many companies would not come to my home to give an estimate for one door, but they did, and they were less expensive than other quotes I had gotten, so they got my business. I asked to have the order rushed, and it was not a problem. They delivered the door and scheduled the installation very quickly. The installers were courteous and professional - they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the service, and I will call them again for other window and door replacements.

A problem arose when the installer did not use the proper tool to cut off the existing rain lip on the old window frames consequently causing damage to the stucco. Their advertisement said that they want their customers to be totally satisfied. They, at first, tried painting the area which didnt turn out satisfactory. The manager came out to the house, looked at the damage, and said they would add a frame trim around the windows which turned out beautiful.
