BP'S PAINTING & REMODELING SERVICE

The project took 6 weeks longer than it was supposed to and some days that they were supposed to be there, there was no evidence that they worked on our house that day. We had our bathroom inspected recently and there were at least 10 things not done correctly that are now causing problems. Now, less than a year later, we are experiencing severe leaking issues due to some of the new plumbing they installed and they are not responding to coming out and fixing the problem.

I did need to call him several times to get the competitive bid after not receiving a fax he said he sent. I was able to negotiate with him to include the hardware in his price, as others who had given bids had done. He gave me a start date about 4 weeks from the date we spoke, Sept. 10th, and did arrive at the scheduled time, but without the supplies needed to complete the work. It took his people until Oct. 8th to complete the work and I never knew if or when they were going to show up. The people he sent were, for the most part, very pleasant, with the exception of one man. I never saw Mr. Peterson after the initial visit; he passed it off to others, never even returning when the work was done to inspect it. The two men who came on the last day wanted the check made out to them, which I did not do as Mr. Peterson was the one I had actually hired to do the work. By the time it was finished, I was just glad to get them out the door

Originally, they promised me that we could leave everything in the cabinets and that they would tape really well so nothing would spill or drip over. We did this and everything seemed fine until we came home after they had finished and found our entire house layered with dust from their sanding. It was so bad we had to get our housecleaner, one of her friends, my husband and I to clean for 3 days in order to get things back to the way they were. We didn t hear back from them for about a week until I finally blew my stack and threatened to call the licensing board. Not soon after they heard my message, they called and stated they didn t get back to us when we needed them to because they were sick. The price might have been excellent and the final job wasn t bad but to have to go through what we did in order to get this, was a nightmare to say the least.

I have used BP's before and they were excellent. BP's was excellent once again. They moved all my furniture out and back in. The flooring BP's helped me pick out was greater than I expected; it went great with my tile my decor. The work performed was excellent and much better priced than expected. BP's finished before expected and had my house back in order faster than expected. The crown molding that BP's installed made the whole room's look far more excellent than expected. I highly recommend BP's Painting & Remodeling to anyone.

BP's was great! I had them remodel and change around the whole inside of my house. They really worked with me and had great design ideas on what fit my life style and my taste. My kitchen turned out better than I expected along with the bathrooms, and the colors in the interior and exterior paint that BP's helped me with. Along with all the other work that was performed, I've searched and had work done by other companies in the past, and I've got to say BP's is BY FAR the BEST I've ever dealt with. I recommend BP's to everyone!

The work was done on time and within schedule. It was a very satisfactory appearance. One downside was that, in spite of careful plastic sheeting installation, dust was spread in house which required extensive cleaning.

My experience with BP's Painting & Remodeling was more than I could of expected. They were very helpful with all phases of the remodeling. I'm very pleased with the work BP's has done. They help choose the colors with me and the texture styles that went with our house. They have done far more than I ever expected.

They did a great job and I thought they were wonderful. Everyone from their company was professional and they were reasonably priced. They were better than everyone else I priced. I know because I shopped around.
