Bill Sr. came out to do the estimate and gave me good advice regarding how to trim back certain trees. The following week, Bill Jr. came out to handle the project. He brought a crew of 6 guys and a chipper machine. They asked that I stay at home during the project so that they could consult with me regarding the pruning and removal. Bill Jr. requested that I give my input at least 3 times and then had me do a final walkthrough with him. They did a great job. Because of the large crew, they were able to do it in a morning, what I thought would take at least a day. They were tidy throughout and also careful in the trimming. They were kind enough to take out some dead shrubs that weren't on the estimate and also hand pruned a lot of the shrubs etc., so that the aesthetics of the plant were preserved. They blew out the yard upon completion so that I really had no additional work to do.

I was very happy with the overall service. I called them in the morning, and Bill Jr. came out to provide an estimate a few hours later. Given the nature of the problem, he had a crew relocate from another job, and the work was performed that same afternoon, including the removal of the tree stump. Both, Bill and his crew, were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job of removing the tree and cleaning up afterwards. I have some other cosmetic work that needs done and will definitely consider this service for that job.

BILL AND HIS CREW WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE CALLED HIM AND HE CAME THE NEXT DAY AND INSPECTED THE TREE. HE USED HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE TO EVALUATE THE TREE, AND ADVISED US THAT IT COULD NOT BE SAVED. WE ASKED HIM TO CUT IT DOWN AND HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY THE NEXT MORNING AND CUT DOWN THE TREE. THE WHOLE JOB TOOK LESS THAN TWO HOURS FROM START TO FINISH. IT WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

THEY ANSWERED ON THE FIRST PHONE CALL. THEY WERE HONEST, FAIR AND PROVIDED FREE ESTIMATES. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS. THEY CALLED BACK TWO YEARS LATER AFTER THE FIRST APPOINTMENT TO A SCHEDULE SECOND PRUNING.
