countertops, marble & granite
+ 0 moreMr. Bettencourt agreed to cut my countertop and said that it would not take very long. I'm sure he does great work but his responsiveness is outright lousy. He does not return my phone calls when I need to know what is going on so that I can move forward with my project. It has been 2 weeks and no progress. I decided to take my granite countertop back just to be safe and not drag it on for another 2 weeks when this should have been a simple cutting job. I have seen this type of contractor behavior before and don't care to relive the experience. He must have been busy but at least answer or return my phone calls and give me an honest time estimate. That's all that customers really want. He is not a businessman for sure. You can save yourself the trouble and stay away.
Description of Work: I needed my countertop sink opening cut and an extra piece cut to size to fit my countertop shape. I was to do the installation myself.

+ 0 moreThey were very professional. The quality was very good. They were very timely. From the time they came out to do the measurements it was 1 week to install. They had the best price too.
Description of Work: They put in a granite kitchen counter top.
