The first guy, came to the house right away to look at the project.But, he bailed on me 3 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I hired Ben, and it was fine but expensive for the time it took to install my handrail.

I had 5 retrofit windows and one new construction sliding glass door installed. I went to other Milgard dealers for pricing and then shopped around and found Roxy Glass. Their price was $2000 less than others. However their customer service was terrible and had to constantly keep on top of them. The quality of the workmanship was wonderful though and very thorough. I might use them again since they had a good price but know it will be a challenge with the project management.

He called me within seconds of the call to him from HomeAdvisor. He was at my home in a very short time to check out the job and to be prepared for anything, including the unexpected. He and his excellent team were thorough in planning to do a job that could have had many complications. Luckily everything went smoothly.
