I am DELIGHTED with the work Bellascape has performed. * They just finished up the job this morning and I wanted to give them a great review. No reviews anywhere. I guess they get their business by word of mouth just as I was referred to them by a friend. I signed up on Angieslist just so that I can leave a review. That is how much I was delighted with Bellascape. * It was like an episode of HGTV show. Our front yard was completely transformed. Literally worst front yard to envy of entire neighborhood in a month! Looks great and very little water required by eliminating grass lawn completely and plant choices. Speed: Less than 4 weeks per plan Work: Flawless work. No short cuts taken (especially with the hardscape). I was able to see the daily progress as I work out of home office. Grading, packing, and the materials used were as discussed. Crew: Very professional. No damages and left everything better than before. They even fixed a dry rot section of the wood fence (using redwood!). Spanish speaking crew. Communication: No issues. Working with Brian (owner) and Luis (foreman) was great! Louis and Brian took care of communicating with the crew and work assignments. You really don't need to or should be telling the crew what to do as a client. But just as a note, it will be difficult to communicate in English with about half of the crew. Contractor Information: Bellascape, Inc. Work started on the scheduled day and ended about 3 weeks later as forecast. Team did an EXCELLENT job on the new backyard and cleaned up on a daily basis. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!
