We are absolutely pleased with the work that was done by bay easy Construction. My husband and I had three contractors coming over and we are glad we choose Ofer. All of the crews knew their jobs, worked quickly, and if we had any questions at all Ofer never hesitated to take the time to patiently answer and explain what we needed to know. Everything looks great! We recommended Bay Easy Construction to our friends and family!

Ofer and the team firstly started VERY QUICKLY - he said he would start in a couple of days and he did. Demolition was quick and easy for the team. Throughout the 5 month project (which is fast for the amount of work we did) we had a number of things change because our plan had to change given structural limitations but Ofer and the team were always willing to think through options and work with us on the best solution.

Jose arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and within twenty minutes determined that the power outage had shorted the pond timer mechanism, and caused all power to shut down. Quick and efficient, and in a timely manner! Very professional!

Work went very well. Vince (the person I worked with) gave me a very clear and competitive bid. During the project we stayed in touch by texting each other and when it was finished, Vince texted me pictures of the final project. The job was made more challenging because my mother-in-law has dementia and didn’t understand what was happening. Vince was understanding and handled the situation with care. I really appreciated his sensitivity to situation.

We asked about bringing a wall up to modern fire code so we can install major electrical equipment without worry. Bay Easy offered an inspection and quote on a schedule far quicker than we expected, then was able to plan and execute work on a tight turnaround, too. Ofer and his team were also great about telling us when demolition revealed existing problems and offering ways to deal with those issues without leaving us feeling pressured to accept expensive additions to the contract. They were then able to execute the additional work we chose while still staying within the original timeframe.

We hired Bay Easy Construction for our bathroom re-model. We were really impressed with their quality of work. They do not try to cut corners and are really good at detailing. Their team was very professional. They started and completed the project on time and on budget. The crew cleaned up every evening and didn't leave any mess. Overall we are extremely happy with their work and would certainly recommend them.

It was good me and my husband are so happy with the job bayeasy construction did on are bathroom remodeling it was reasonable price 25000 dollar job and we are so grateful for the crew work and dedication Tanks Eastbay.!

Not well. The work was to have been done according to the contract in 8 hour days, and finished by not more than 12 days (work week days). The crew hired by Bay Easy spent only 2 or 3 full days (8 hours) and the final number of regular work days it took to complete the job was 26. The final inspection failed twice before finally passing on the third try. The owner of the company obviously hired a subcontracting crew that had several other jobs going simultaneously and my job was not a priority.

The job was done very well. We were on budget and on time.

Ofer provided very thoughtful solution when I need to remodel my tiny bathroom. There is no delay for any necessary inspections, because they are experienced that they know when to require inspection without stopping work. Good job!

My kitchen turned out great. Within one month it was complete and the price was reasonable. Ofer and his team were both friendly and clean. I Would hire them again.

Ofer did a good job in a timely fashion. He's very professional and I found him responsive to all my needs. I will hire him again if a need arises.

How it ended is the problem. The worker did not know how to paint and now the entire bathroom will have to be repainted. A stand alone tub was put in but can't be used because it was not sealed with silicone to keep it from moving. It was clearly in the instructions for the install of the tub. Sheetrock was put in to make a door way smaller but done so poorly it has to be redone. 14,500. was paid for this mess. This contractor hires unskilled people and never checks on their work. The tile was done nicely, the vanity was installed correctly as well as the mirror. Part of the painting problem is where the old mirror was there were big globs of old glue, They were not cleaned off but just painted over and they showed. I brought this to the attention of the contractor and asked that he send someone else to fix the paint. He didn't! The wall paint is all on the ceiling as the worker did not know how to cut in paint. Yuck what a disappointment!

Removing the brick 2-story fireplace from or home was a massive job. Numerous contractors came out and said it wasn't a job they would take on, or if they did, they provided astronomical quotes. Ofer came out to assess the job, said he could handle it, and was ready to start within a week or so. His price was very fair and reasonable. Initially we were going to replace the upstairs fireplace with a gas insert and midway through the job, we decided instead we'd like a closet. Without charging extra, or with any hassle, Ofer accommodated this last minute request. The full bathroom we put in downstairs turned out beautifully. His main crew was always respectful, clean, and pleasant to have around the house. All of the workers that came in from plumbing, to electricians, were all equally as nice, efficient, and did great work. All updates passed inspection and look terrific. The project stayed on budget which we were very happy about. We went into the project understanding that there were some materials that were not included in the price, so there weren't any surprises. I recommend making sure to ask about the materials (finishing products & grey materials), that you will be responsible for, so there are no surprises. We are so pleased with the work of Ofer and Bay Easy Construction, and I highly recommend and would hire them again.

I was extremely pleased with Armando Martinez and his crew. They were professional, punctual, honest, and hard working. The work they did on my bathroom was amazing! I am so incredibly happy with the end result and Armando made sure that the process was as painless as possible. I have received so many compliments on how beautiful and fancy my new master bathroom looks. They finished within the proposed timeline and without extra costs. I will definitely hire Armando again when I have another project!

They did an excellent job, they came out quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. The job was done in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction.

Ofer was very responsive and easy to make appointment with. He seemed very confident in what he does. He even gave a lot of good ideas in how to go about the remodeling. We didn't hire him because we didn't have enough budget, but he showed us a lot of his work, beautifully done. We do wish we will have the opportunity to work with him again in the future!

Bay Easy Construction headed by Ofer Gabay were able to change my stove from an old electric one piece range with a dead microwave to a new gas stove and wall mounted microwave. The installation of the gas line from the meter to my kitchen was very fast and clean, Pablo and his assistant were friendly professional and competent. I also had some tile work done and some electrical sockets upgraded, Edgar was hard working, and very helpful. He made some excellent suggestions. Ofer oversaw the workers and coordinated it all . I am well pleased with how everything has turned out. I would definitely recommend Bay Easy construction for your next project.

It went well, took a little longer than I had hoped but there was a lot to do. The work was done well and clean up was done. EasyBay Construction did such a great job I will definitely use them again

I was told about this company from my neighbor. We are very satisfied with our choice of working with Bay Easy. The work was done on time and in a fair price- after we had compared it with a few companies. The outcome was very satisfying. We were able to sell the house for the right price and move to a new place before then even expected.

Buyer Beware! Make sure you check the estimate and contract very closely. The job came out beautifully but that was due to the subcontract – Armando Martinez and his guys taking over directly and doing an absolutely incredible job. They are the sole reason that the job was a success. However: • I ended up paying over 30% more than I was expecting to pay due the higher prices of fixtures, materials and other things that I didn’t realize. • Our contract was for labor and clearly stated the fixtures I was responsible for purchasing – tubs, vanities, glass for shower, toilets, etc. What I didn’t think about and what wasn’t in the contract was electrical boxes, switches, molding, and much much more. I ended up paying for things that I thought were in the price of the job contract but weren’t. • Ofer called several times trying to add items outside the contract, which caused come conflict and stress. Every time I spoke with Ofer the common theme was that he wasn’t making money on my job. • At the end of the contract – I made the last payment and quickly received texts from Ofer that I owed more money and that I needed to pay him what he stated and if there was an overage – he would refund me my overage. I spent several hours going through my checking account and sent a recap of all the payments, who they were made to and the dates they cleared my account. I send to Ofer and never received a response back. Several other things happened that I won’t bore you with – but just want to reiterate – Read the contract closely! • Do your research beforehand on materials you will want so that you accurately know what you are paying – quality fixtures are more than you realize. • READ the contract and make sure you mention incidentals – look around at your current room and make a list of small things you see – start from the floor and work your way up. Again, the bathrooms are beautiful - but the process was grueling.

General: Bad customer service and did not do as promised. 3 weeks of trying to schedule/reschedule. Wouldn't trust his work if he was actually hired. I had called on Feb 13th and set up an inspection appointment on Feb 15, Wed. The contractor didn't show up on the 15th at the time we agreed on. I called and turned out the owner, Ofer, had rerouted the contractor to a different job. No courtesy call was given to me. I called Ofer and he promised to call me to reschedule with me later that day. He called later that day and told me he will need to call me the next day to reschedule. He did not call me until Monday and left a voicemail to call him back. I did and he told me he was on another job and will call me back in 10 minutes. He did not call me back that day. We traded voicemails and texts for the next week and still he did not reschedule with me. He just keeps on promising he will schedule with me but never does. It has been approx 3 weeks since my initial call. If you don't want the job, just say so. Don't need to keep calling and texting me that you will schedule for an appointment. and don't follow through.
