Bay Builders helped me remodel my 1st property in 2015. Which is the reason I chose them to remodel my next investment property in Woodside, CA. The team designed and rebuilt a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathrooms, open concept, urban farmhouse. The property is completely transformed. Much more bright, open and inviting to potential buyers. We had just closed escrow with a baby on the way in T-minus 6 months! We contacted Gilad with no design concept whatsoever. We absolutely had to have the kitchen and bathroom fully functional before baby arrived. They made room for us in the schedule that same day. We settled on a design within 2 weeks and within another 4 weeks we were ready for demo, unheard of! All we had to worry about was purchasing the finishes in a timely manner. Needless to say, Bay Builders completed everything 2 weeks before my baby girl came into the world! I am so grateful for their effort to meet our due date deadline. We were referred to Shawn by a relative. He was available the very next day to consult with us. We were impressed with his presentation and decided on the spot to work with him to completely remodel our new home. Through design, submittal and starting the work, Shawn was very responsive to our questions and explained in detail what we should expect during this project. Shawn was amazing and my home is beautiful!

My wife and I purchased a new home 2 years ago. Our 1st-floor project consisted of a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and flooring throughout. Bay Builders provided the most reasonable quote based on our engineer plan. We are very pleased with the work.

Bay Builders remodeled three upstairs bathrooms and converted one half bath to a full bathroom on the 1st floor. I already had plans approved and permit so I just needed them to perform the work. Mike was great at communicating through the process and overseeing the workmanship. I plan to use their in house design team to draw up my kitchen remodel in the next few months.

I handed Mike an idea that I had sketched myself. He and the design team brought my sketch to life in 3D then drew up the plans. The building phase was efficient. The design team drew up the plans for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette, and living area. Bay Builders executed the design perfectly. We just rented the unit to our very first tenant. Tom was the project manager for our kitchen remodel. He was easy to work with and consistent. We were pleased to have a dedicated team of skilled tradesmen & women assigned to our project. The team worked on our kitchen daily. I would likely choose Bay Builders for our next project.

Let me start by saying that I am not the easiest person to please. Especially when it comes to my home. For this reason I would only choose a contractor that had worked with people I know personally. I went into this with very high expectations and Bay Builders never not once disappointed me. They addressed every concern and handled my demands with finess and professionalism unrivaled. John is a true gentleman. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen & great room. We are now in the process of designing my new 2nd story. Stay tuned.

John was managing our complete remodel. He and the office staff were very patient and accommodating in regard to our lack of knowledge and the multitude of questions we had. Building can be stressful and time-consuming. We came up with the design together. John made sure every detail in the plan was executed perfectly and even helped us shop for finishes. He went the extra mile and met us at a couple of supply warehouses and negotiated the prices down on our behalf. A special thanks to John and the team for building my dream home.

I am so pleased with my new kitchen & master bathroom. Gilad was meticulous and organized when coordinating our project. I saw progress every day (not exaggerating). We did run into a few unforeseen issues and as a result, ran behind schedule. The city inspector found some pre-existing stuff that needed to be addressed before continuing work. I immediately began to panic. The entire Bay Builders team shot into action to resolve these issues asap. Gilad being the positive and proactive guy that he is had everything addressed immediately and we continued the rest of the project. As promised Bay Builders & Gilad built us a beautiful kitchen & master bath to enjoy for years to come.

Overall, satisfied with the project. We had several unforeseen "bumps" in the road, but am satisfied with all of the work. Only negative is delay in some of the work in a timely manner, possibly due to unavailable workers to do the task at hand.

Michael (PM) was on top of all the details. He handled my project with great sense of urgency and detail. Miguel was an amazing worker. Handled all the parts with care, provided really good and clean work. What I really appreciate was that I was always informed of the next steps. No guess work and I can text Michael any time and get answers.
