Bay Area Wire Guy

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a new 65” TV directly from Samsung & was suppose to get “white glove” service (delivery & installation). When the delivery was scheduled, only 1 person showed up to carry the TV into the house (really???) and then didn’t even know much about TV electronics to set it up (just needed it plugged in & a couple of cables reconnected from the DVR/video player). A bit frustrated that now I was going to have to hire those squad folks to come out get my TV working & spend money I hadn’t anticipated (remember, minimum rates apply) so was sharing the experience with my work colleagues. One of them recommended a place in Cupertino that might be able to help – but they couldn’t – but they did recommend James, The Wire Guy… So I called him – and what a hero. Told him my problem & he said it just sounded like a connectivity issue… very simple. He told me to call him when I got home & he would walk me through the process over the phone – so I did. And within 5 minutes my TV was working and James didn’t even have to come out and didn’t charge me a dime. Now that’s what I call a class act. James didn’t know me from Adam and I wasn’t acquainted with body he knew either – but yet he took the time to do me a favor. James is definitely in my contact list now & I will use him in the future for paying jobs – and I’ll also recommend him to everyone I know. James, you rock.

These guys are the best! The team, lead by James, came over and inspected the house to determine how to not only fix the bad job that was done previously, but also completely wired the entire house for cable and internet. Once onsite, work was done very professionally. They were very attentive to details and worked extremely well as a team. The complete wiring of every room, and also removing previous remnants of the old job, was done in 1 day. I am very please with the work.
