Description of Work: They only do new fences. This was not stated when the appt was made. I clearly stated I had a fence repair. The estimator then declined to give a current quote for total fence replacement so I could have an idea of how much to budget for for the future.

Description of Work: Straightforward 80 foot linear fence replacement. Looks well-constructed but attention to detail not up to standards of other fencing. Finishing a bit haphazard, i.e. corners not fitting tightly and some damage to a garage where flashing was removed. They did come back to repair with caulking. One small (12 foot) area was done in a style not matching the surrounding fence (issue of orientation of lattice.) Low price bid managed primarily by a neighbor so they didn't see me as the main customer.

Description of Work: Disappointed with their estimator, who basically said they would replace the gate (13 feet opening on a driveway) but would not give a warranty for their work because of the size. The company that I ended up working with was much more creative, came up with a sensible design (a double gate, 3 feet and 5 feet) for about the same price. Who wants a gate that the builder won't guarantee. They should have come up with a plan they would stand behind.

 + -1 moreMike, the owner, gave us our initial estimate. He was prompt, thorough, and answered all our questions. His quote was completely accurate, but we requested a couple of changes (best slats, decorative caps, no gate). Three workers completed the work in 5 hours. The lead guys spoke pretty good English. Their work was very good. He asked for clarification on a couple of aspects of the fence which I appreciated.
Description of Work: Removed and hauled away old fence with attached shed. They built a 50 foot fence, 6 feet high plus 1 foot of trellace on top. We chose the best redwood which doesn't have any knots. We also added decorative caps for each post.

Description of Work: Replaced old 6 foot fence that had fallen down in storm. New fence was 'good neighbor' style with weave panel on top.

 + -1 moreI thought the guy did a really good job. I think the price was good. I needed a fence and so did my two neighbors. We split the cost three ways. He is a professional man. He put up two sides, a front, dog runs and gates all for 1,794, that was my share of the cost anyway. The fence looks great.

In fact, this was the third fence that they have installed for me. I will definitely us them in the future and would refer them to others that are needing a fence installed.
