Called him just to ask a question about possibly doing something for a custom piece and he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence! So Rude.Pho

Once he started, he just had one excuse after another for not completing the job. After six weeks, he finally finished, and the work was fine, but he was really frustrating to work with. First he showed up and disassembled the railings and removed the old felt so the tables were left unusable. And that is when he placed the order for the new felt, but that is also when he found out the fabric that we had carefully chosen ahead of time was back ordered! And twice, after the felt order finally arrived at his shop, we were told that it mysteriously ended up going to other jobs instead of ours. When our felt finally arrived, he came out a few times to measure and do some incremental work, but he would show up unannounced or miss an appointment and have to re-schedule for access. When he finally showed up late on a Thursday afternoon to finish the work, he told a Board member that he would be on site until 10:00 PM, but he was gone within an hour because "the light wasn't right." We didn't see him again until the following Saturday. I got the feeling that our job was just "small change" to him and that he probably makes more money servicing the large billiard halls. If he treated all his customers like this, he wouldn't have a business.
