+ 0 moreWe had previously worked with Brian of basic Construction Services on a very large kitchen remodel. We interviewd 10 contractors before choosing him. That original work involved removing the back of the house and gutting the entire kitchen. He came in on budget and early on time! When it was time for us to remodel a townhouse we own we knew who to contact. Even though it had been 13 years Brian remembered us. He met us at the location, took careful measurements and discussed possible designs. He was willing to work within our time constraints and HOA regulations- trying to get this job done between renters. We ultimately had to postpone the job. He was very good about it and when we decide to move forward we will contact him again, This is a rental property.

+ 1 moreWork was of good quality, but it took much longer (many months) than promised. Overall, the contract price was higher than expected (though within the bid). Work was begun in Oct 04 and finished May 05.
Description of Work: Repaired water damage, rebuilt a brick patio, reinstalled gutters, and reinforced floor framing.
