Bob arrived on time, found the problem and repaired the unit with 30 minutes. Very polite and professional.

I obtained three quotes from diamond certified HVAC companies. Atlas was the cheapest, though it gave the shortest warranty. The installers behaved extremely well. When I asked them to perform some rather unnecessary additional work insulating the return vent, they quietly sent someone back to their headquarters to obtain the required material and then spent at least an hour doing the work. Very flexible and cooperative. Generally high quality. And, we like our new furnace very much. When they returned another day to clean the ducts, I was not home. This result did not impress me. However, I'm confident that if I called them to complain, they would send someone out to redo it for free.

One evening my furnace fan would not shut off, even attempting to shut it down manually. I called AAA Furnace and they came out the next day and diagnosed the issue to be a failed control board. They charged a reasonable price for the service call ($70), but said to replace the board it would be $700. I felt that was unreasonable and called around to see if I could find the control board myself. I called Atlas, and Danielle was awesome. She not only found the board for a reasonable cost, she expedited the shipment of the board and set up a service call to get it installed the next day. Bob came out the next day (on time) and installed for the price quoted. Two thumbs up for Atlas! Also, I would recommend against using AAA Furnace (Apollo was the service tech).

I had 3 different quotes; Atlas was the cheapest by $1,000! However, was that worth it? It was a long and drawn out experience! I suspect they were/are overwhelmed by A/C requests. A fair amount of negative elements, but to be fair to the company, these were eventually taken care of to my satisfaction. The initial consult: representative was over an hour late. Good 2 week wait to get unit installed. Despite my written request for an upgrade, they installed a lower grade unit (I was eventually credited the difference and then some). My same written request had asked for two pads; they arrived with one. Someone had to drive up with the additional pad. The shoddy work installing the drip line in my garage (holes in wall) were repaired later. A later inspection revealed the necessity for another drip pan; that too was later installed. In review, their price was excellent, and I'm hoping it was just bad luck getting the installer I did, and dealing with a rather disorganized office.

Install was prompt but had to have 11 items brought up to code when inspected. All were minor but 11 is a bit excessive. Had to have the furnace's circuit board replaced because it was faulty. It took 8+ tries to get someone who finally new how to fix it to come out. All the service reps were pleasant but did not know how to fix the issue. Finally the service supervisor, who was supposed to come out after 3 calls, responded and fixed it immediately. The delay in the supervisor's response was due to the incompetant customer service rep who failed to notify him even though I gave her a tally of how many times I had service reps out. Bottom line, Carrier system is great, customer service reps are not, service reps are good.

This was during the 10 day hot (over 100 degrees) spell in San Jose. The air-conditioner was not working. They could not come out for 16 days (no one else in the area could be there sooner), but made an appointment and arrived as expected. A very professional company.

My AC broke down during the heat wave, and it was very difficult to get a hold of a company so I was happy to get an appointment for the next day. However, no one showed up, and it turned out I was given the wrong day. But the next day the technician showed up on-time. He was very professional. He determined the cause of the problem but didn't have the time to repair it. On the return visit he called to say he'd be late and he ended up getting someone else to come out to do the repair. The second tech was also was very professional and got the AC working within the estimated time and cost. I didn't get any other bids to do the work, so I'm not sure how competitive their pricing was.

Very good. Workmen were on time and conscientious about leaving the house clean at the end of the day.

They did a very extensive and good job on our heating and cooling system. They upgraded our system and put in new central air. I was very happy with what they did. They did a good job replacing all the ducts in our house. I thought their quality of work was very good. It just seemed like they really knew what they were doing - it made me feel good about the investment.

Atlas replaced an older furnace, as well as some of the ductwork. The remaining ducts were cleaned and checked for weakness and leaks. They arrived a little late but finished the job on time, and left the location very clean. The company was professional and did a pretty good job. I would hire them again.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF GETTING THE PART FOR MY FURNACE RIGHT AND CLEANING THE MESS UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY FURNACE AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST BEFORE FIXING THE FURNACE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, DID THE WORK THEY CAME FOR AND LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND I WOULD ALSO USE THEM AGAIN MYSELF.

I feel that they did a pretty good job. The service they had performed was not too bad. They were really professional, they actually called me six months later, and wanted to come out and tune up the igniter. They were more on top of the service than I was. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. The employees were very professional. I think this company is great. I have been using this company for a period of five years. They have great responsiveness on coming out.

They did a fine job. They kept calling me for the air conditioner and I told them to service them both at the same time. Other than that, they did fine. I didn't think it was professional for them to keep calling me to try and split up the service calls up.

I had a furnace installed and I had them come back out because it wasn't heating up. They did a good job installing the furnace and all the duct work, but when they came back out to check why it wasn't heating up, it was because the door wasn't shut all the way. They came right out after we called them.

I have used this company on several different occasions. They were wearing a uniform with a badge on it and they had all the tools that they needed to complete the job that needed done.

My experience with this company was very good. They came out to fix my thermostat, and they also checked the air system in the house. I have used this company now for two years. This company has a company truck that they come out in.

THE WORK THAT ATLAS TRILLO HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING DID WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WORKERS DID VERY CLEAN WORK AS WELL. THE WHOLE INSTALLATION PROCESS WAS DONE ON TIME.

EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH SERVICE, VERY INFORMATIVE WHEN SHOWING HOW TO USE THE THERMOSTAT. CLEANED UP ALL THE ROOMS WORKED IN AND HAULED ALL MATERIALS AWAY WHEN JOB WAS COMPLETE.

This company was great. The owner came in and did the estimate. He was willing to work with us on the price and estimates. I was very impressed with them. They did an excellent job on my heating and cooling system. I have had no problems with this company.

I was happy with the service and I have never had to call them for anything. They were in and out, came and did their job and left. Price was reasonable. I would hire them again if I needed to and if anything would happen to the air conditioner, I would probably use them again.

This company did a great job on my air conditioning unit. They completed the work in July 2005. I heard about this company in Mercury New Local Paper. I used this company two years ago for furnace inspection and repair. I am very pleased with their service.

My experience with this company was great. The employees came to my home, and were very helpful in giving maintenance tips to me. I would highly recommend this company. I would use this company again. They call me about every two months, and check to see if everything is ok.

I WAS VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE JOB THAT ATLAS DID WHEN I NEEDED REPAIR HELP ON MY HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM. I COULD NOT GET THEM TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND HAVE HAD TO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THEM FOR REPEATED PROBLEMS WITH THE REPAIR THAT THEY DID.
