Description of Work: We had a problem with the furnace not working and Atlas serviced a diagnosis test and concluded that a new plug & fuse box needed to be replaced. Now it is working well.

Description of Work: Fair. Installed per contract split HVAC system. Difficult install so appreciate willingness to tackle project at very reasonable quote. Some problems with miscommunication at administrative level, and crew was undermanned on some days. Left me with some minor damage to attic access which I had to repair myself. HERS tester noted registers were did not have metal back taping (I ended up doing it myself. Felt it should have been part of job.) Passed San Mateo Cty permit inspection without problem.

Description of Work: They replaced my furnace and reconnected a duct that was lose. Great job and did more than expected. I was losing lots of heat into the attic and appreciate their attention to details. I have always had great service from this company.

Description of Work: Atlas and trillo put in our heater and AC unit in 2006, I had to call and this happened before, the programmer, that controls the heat, cooking, the lever broke. I got when I purchased the unit the extended warranty,so everything was covered. The fist time I had to show proof of this and I had the record, because it was not in their computer, they said. The gal on the phone the first time made me pay in full cost of new unit, then took a bit and I got money back. SO the 2nd time, I said remember me, I have the warranty. I also ask for a certain employee who will come out and take care of my work. He had been doing this work for a long time and I trust him to come out. I also use Atlas to clean my vents etc. Since the unit was put in by them, I will use them again. But if the programmer breaks again, and if its not under warranty, I will just buy my own unit and have someone install it. Over all, the product the Heater and AC by Carrier brand, is good.

+ -1 moreWe didn't pick them out; the insurance company sent them out. The work they did was really good. They were professional and they were on time. They were our second choice, however they're not a bad company, they just weren't my first choice. I would call use them again.

The price was good, they fixed the furnace economically, and they didn't even have to return to do anything. The quality of work was good and they showed up when they said they would. He initiates the scheduling- he'll call us and let us know it's time for him to come by to check everything out, Which makes things easier for us. He's very professional. + 0 moreI was disappointed because they didn't go under the house to check out the duct work. All they did was vacuum and look at some things. The ducts keep coming out and they didn't fix them. The man who called was courteous and nice. I thought for $119 they would do more than they did.

+ -1 moreI had a good experience. They helped me find an old fashioned water heater that was hard for me to find. It was a fast turn around time from when I first called to them to getting the thing installed. It was expensive but well worth it.

Description of Work: NEW HEATER/AIR CONDITIONER. PULLED OUT ALL THE OLD DUCTS, REPLACED. MOVED HEATER FROM GARAGE TO ATTIC. DROPPED SKILLSAW AND CRACKED CEILING, FIXED IT THE NEXT DAY, INCLUDING PAINT. MANY FOLLOWUP CALLS AND PROMPT SERVICE.
