We are a small, local, proudly woman-owned, licensed and bonded contractor business that specializes in home maintenance and repairs. We are proud to provide a friendly, fast and cost effective service to all of your clients And they will be grateful to you for keeping maintenance costs low for them. Our techs are brilliant in trouble-shooting the problems and repairing instead of replacing. We also always educate tenants and owners on what t do to keep things operational, how to do small repairs like jammed disposal or broken chain inside of the toilet and changing AC filters, to further save money for landlords.

I found Jim through a LivingSocial coupon for 2 hours of handyman work. Jim arrived early to the appointment and was very fast and efficient in getting through the items on my list. He had to go to Home Depot to get supplies and still managed to do all of the work within the allotted time. Overall, I am happy with the work that was done. The only thing I would have like done a little differently would have been making sure the pavers were installed flat into the ground. A couple of them rock back and forth a little bit. I also noticed a crack in the paint on the corner of the house where the pea gravel was installed and I don't believe that was there before. Otherwise, things went well. I would definitely call him again. He was professional and timely.
Description of Work: Diagnosed overhead light problem and changed the switch; rehung curtain rod; removed bird's nest; laid pavers and filled side yard w/pea gravel.
