 + -1 moreThey were so good. My other neighbor ended up coming over to get his number because of how good his job is. I had him once before last year and I was so happy.
Description of Work: He came out and did several things in my yard. He cut down a big tree and then also trimmed an orange tree just how I like it.

Description of Work: Carlos gave me a bid and arrived within 2 weeks to trim many trees along side and in front of my house. One juniper tree in my back neighbor's yard also had to be taken back to the fence. Three trimmers spent 6-7 hours crowning, thinning, removing dead branches on three curbside Maple trees and four Carolina Cherry shrubs along side of the house. Most of these trees were 10 to 15 feet tall. Some dead limbs were also removed from my three Japanese Maple trees in front. The trimmers spent more time shredding these branches and trimmings into mulch into two large covered vehicles. They cleaned up entirely and unless you saw them work, you would never have known they were there. I will have Carlos back in the fall to thin my three very large Japanese Maple trees. I was very impressed with their work ethic and performance.

 + -1 moreI use this company for regular yard maintenance (mow and blow) and for tree pruning and removal. For yard maintenance, they are great. For tree service, they do an excellent job and are competitively priced. However, they have a tendency to reschedule on a regular basis. This can get annoying for those times I need to have work done on time due to other commitments.
Description of Work: Annual tree pruning of fruitless mulberry trees.

 + -1 moreThe "pre-sales" effort was fine. They scheduled the job in a timely manner. I made special arrangements to be available, rescheduled my yard maintenance service and scheduled a photographer for my home the day after the job was to be done. Then they cancelled the date due to "other job they were working on was not finished". They wanted to reschedule my appointment for two weeks out. I contacted the company and explained all the special arrangement I made to accommodate their work. They said they were sorry, but could not keep their original promise. Based on this event, I feel they were not dependable and thus cancelled my contract with them. I called another company on the list. They were competitive in price, in quality and they responded with the job schedule within a couple of days.
Description of Work: None was done. Signed contract, but the company called one day before the scheduled time to change the date.

 + -1 moreI was happy with the service. They did a good job and I have no complaints. They were on time and made sure to clean up all of the mess. I think the price was reasonable and I would recommend them to other people as well.
Description of Work: We had them take out three trees and prune five fruit trees. They also trimmed several other trees at the same time.
