Description of Work: I made an appointment on the phone with Karen. She is a friendly person. Anthony came out the next day and set two traps in my attic. He also went up on the roof and walked around the house to find places where rats might enter. He was very thorough. He returned a week later to seal up some outdoor holes and to remove the two traps.

+ -1 moreI killed and caught two moles and one Gopher - the problem appears to have gone away for now but they'll come back I'm sure!
Description of Work: We have major problems with Moles and Gophers and Anthony was able to take care of the problem with traps. He was also kind enough to identify an unrelated rat problem and encouraged me to take care of it myself after giving me hints on how to do it successfully. I tried every method prior ton this - Smoke Bombs, Vibrators, Poison of various forms, Dogs with little to no success!

+ -1 moreAnthony is friendly, confident, patient, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He was punctual on all his scheduled visits. He made many visits to check on his traps. I am using him again at the time of this writing to trap a mole in the newly sodded lawn area.
Description of Work: There was noise inside the kitchen wall. Anthony, the trapper, immediately located the entrance of rat. Set up trap to catch the rat. Then he sealed the entrance. Then we found evidence of another rat inside the pantry. His trap also caught another youngster.
