Excellent. From the first call, they were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I was out of town when the work was done and very pleased with the outcome.

The company person came and took a look at my tree. Same day afternoon I received a quote by email. Next day we made an appointment. They came with equipment and even a wood chipping machine. I asked them to trim the branches of about 30 ft tall tree which were going to my neighbor's windows. Also overall trimmed the branches to get some sun under the tree. They did the trimming with proper care and not allowing them to fall or damage roof. Cleaned up all the leafs and branches. Overall good job.

I have a very large pine tree with a fungus. Doug Anderson was recommended to me by an expert arborist who diagnosed the problem with my tree. Doug came out and provided a reasonable quote, so I selected him for the job of applying a fungicide. When his crew member came to do the job, it was clearly a much bigger tree and job than he expected. He also saw a sap hole about ten feet up, so he mixed sufficient chemicals to go higher than anticipated. Overall, I was pleased with how professional the process was and with the crew member's focus on going beyond the normal treatment to ensure the tree was fully and properly sprayed. I will use Anderson's Tree Care again.

They aren't the cheapest but they do excellent work. You get some tree pruners in the area that come and don't have the equipment or experience. They may cheaper but the quality of work is lacking. I thought they were very efficient. Years prior I had used someone else and they left a huge mess in the street with the brush, but with this provider they cleaned up the mess before they even left. I would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them in the future.

Overall experience was great. We have used Anderson's before, several years ago at a different home, to take down a tree with a structural problem and we were pleased with the work then, so we contacted them for trimming at our new house. We spoke with both Bob and Doug who both came out at different times as we had asked for an option on some additional work after the initial quote was written up. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. Bob came out on the morning of the work to review the job with the trimming crew. The crew were very professional, cleaned up the work well, and did a great job opening up the inside of the tree while keeping the canopy intact. The tree looks great!

It was good and that was thorough. I would say it was about the same price. The other company talked to me more about options. I would consider them in the future.

I called 3 companies from Angie's List to prune my parking strip Zelcova tree. Anderson's Tree Care was one of the 3. Doug came out as scheduled, (punctual) listened to my concerns and provided me with an estimate at the end of our conversation. It was quite a bit higher than the other two - $630 vs $400 ($360 with Angie coupon). We went with one of the others.

They arrived on time and the crew was very polite and professional. The crew worked very hard and continuously. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and even blew the dust off my neighbors car for him when they saw him wiping down his car to go to work. When I saw that I was very impressed. I would reccomend this company and use them again. Great Job!

They did an excellent job, they preserved as many trees as possible. They gave an excellent quote. The people who came and did the work were very nice, I trusted them, I felt comfortable with them around. Doug came by to check on the job, he was very friendly and nice. I am pleased with their work.

Very well- The guy who bid the job was very knowledgeable and professional- I was nervous about the power lines- but I felt comfortable with this company than others I had spoken with. They came, did what was planned and cleaned up beautifully! No problems Neighbors had no complaints either.\

The overall experience was very professional. They provided helpful information during quote. They returned to help choose a replacement tree. The work was completed in 1 day. Responded back to request to provide added details to the invoice quickly. No issues with the process. Would use this company again.

Lucy called to schedule an appointment the next day after I left a voicemail with Anderson Tree Service. I told her what I was looking for, grind down 3 stumps in the front yard, and she informed me there was a $300 minimum and that 3 stumps would be under that amount. I mentioned I had more stumps in the back that could be worked on if the price was right. Joe came out on 3/9 to provide a written estimate. Unfortunately I could not be there due to work but my girlfriend was. She pointed out the 6 stumps we wanted ground down. She also asked what it would cost if we wanted to have the apple tree cut down. Joe mentioned that the tall skinny tree next to our neighbors house and our fence would get very large over the next 5 to 7 years and start to cause damage to the their house and our new fence. Joe's estimate provided 2 options; we cut down the trees and they will grind down a total of 8 stumps for $350. Or for $100 more Anderson's crew would cut down the 2 trees and grind down all 8 stumps. We decided to have Anderson's cut down the 2 trees. My girlfriend called Joe to inform him of our decision. He said once he was back in the office he would schedule our service and call us back. On the 3/10 before I went to work I called Anderson's tree service to follow up on the work date. Lucy mentioned we were not in the system yet but she would get us in that day and call me back. She mentioned the earliest would be the week of the 22nd. The day came and went with no call back from Lucy so I called her again on the 11th. She apologized from not calling me back and told me the scheduler had left early and was not going to be back in the office until next week. She apologized again and said she would call me on Monday with our scheduled date. On Monday, 3/15, Lucy called me to let me know that she could have a crew out at my place the next day. I said that was great news since I was expecting something after the 22nd. Since Joe was not going to be part of the work crew I was asked if I could be there to point out the trees and stumps to be worked on. I was given a window of 9am to 11am. The 3 man crew arrived right around 11am on Tuesday, 3/16. I showed them the 2 trees to be cut down and the other 6 stumps to be ground down. They promptly got their equipment ready and started working. They asked if we had curbside pick up for yard waste or a yard waste can, we have both. Shortly after they started cutting down the trees and grinding stumps I left for work. I returned home around 5pm to see the work had been completed. The branches we piled neatly in one spot next to the curb for pick up and the smaller brush had been thrown in the lawn waste can. The only complaints I had with the service were 3 large roots at the surface of the lawn were not cut/ground down, but with the stumps gone I was able to cut them out easily. Also, it is an additional service to have them remove the stump chips/grindings left behind. The holes left by the stumps were filled in with these grindings and dirt. This really isn't a complaint as I don't think my girlfriend asked about it and I didn't think about it, but I wish it had been mentioned so I could have reviewed the cost to see if this was a service I wanted to add. All in all I would use Anderson's Tree Service again. The "ball was dropped" on the original scheduling but they made up for it with an earlier work date then previously mentioned. The workers were on time and professional. The overall cost was lower then I had expected, the price was right on the estimate provided and it was a job well done.

I liked the efficient communications with the office to discuss the job and bid, mostly by email. They arrived on time and performed as discussed and quoted. I was impressed by efficiency and skills of the crew. Their bid was $1000 lower than competition's.

Quote only. Prompt and professional through quoting process. Quite expensive $1250 vs. $ 700 from 2 over providers. Have used Anderson's in the past to review health of Oak trees and they have done a terrific job.

Work was conducted very quickly and efficiently.

My problem wasn't with the job, but with a subsequent request for work. I had a dying tree and needed assistance. They came out once and said ''Yes, it's dying.'' I scheduled two subsequent appointments trying to get them to analyze the problem and they flaked BOTH times. After getting an Arborist referral from a friend, I found out that the tree had root fungus and that quick treatment could have saved the tree.

Overall, these guys do a fantastic job. Very professional. They clean up after themselves and the trees look fantastic. They were a bit more expensive, but very qualified and experiences arborists.

The company is very small, but they do high quality work. We've used them at different times through the years, and they always do a good job. The guys that come out are very hard working. They do great work, and they make sure everything is cleaned up when
