Its not often I have a "go to" plumber -- but Marc is it ! This was the 2nd time he's come over to get things plumbing right. At first the price seemed slightly high - but he explained that often for things like valve replacements - unexpected things happen. And they did, and they were dealt with thoroughly. He was quick, efficient, professional and neat.

America's Finest Plumbing, is no joke they are the finest plumbing service, they provide an excellent professional service. Marc came out within 1/2 hour of my service call to repair our barely 1-year old Kohler touchless toilet that was not flushing. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend American's Finest Plumbing to anyone who needs an honest plumbing service that won't overcharge you and throw in a bunch of stuff you don't need. The person who answered the service call I believe's her name is Nancy was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue and/or problem and will be using them again in the future. Thank you for the great job, it's very much appreciated. America's Finest was called out by First American Home Warranty after multiple other plumbing companies weren't able to get the job done. Within 30 minutes he was able to clear the main line and walked me step-by-step through the process and where the block occurred. He also recommended getting in touch with the city to fix some problems in the piping owned by San Jose water that may have added to the issue and guide me through that process as well. While home warranty picked up bill, the price charged to them for the Hydrojetting service was $295. That seems competitive based on my research. Mark was very professional and easy to talk to (the first plumber I've met that has hit on both). At the end he even made time to answer some questions about some unrelated gas work I had done recently. While I wasn't impacted as my service was a weekday call, he did mention that he does not make weekend calls due to being a smaller operation (which I can't knock him for as I don't work the weekend either) Beyond the work, Mark (owner and only plumber on staff) shared a heroic tale of service in the Army as a recent veteran. He went above and beyond in plumbing service and service for our country, and for that I'd be happy to recommend his service.
