Description of Work: Remodeled Laundry room, added 1/2 bath. Most responsive contractor I talked to, gave me a quote within 48 hours. Well organized, terrific crew, excellent workmanship. Highly recommend them! I'd definitely use them again!

You gave us a C because we do not service your area? Are you going to complain at the Ford dealer because they don't sell Chevy's. Or at Burger King because they don't have the Big Mac. We only service the South Bay from Menlo Park to San Jose. We are a small locally family owned remodel company, and we just don't have the people or the time to drive all over the Bay Area like. In the past, we have spend countless hours driving up and down to Morgan Hill to give estimates, and not get the job because places out of Gilroy or Salinas do the work for a lot less due to much lower wages in those areas. We also have to include travel time because we pay our employees when traveling more than 25 miles I hope it made you feel good making us look bad with that C.

We called and apologized to this member on 3/3/16 for the missing appointment. Unfortunately, we had some problems with our computer server and lost some of our information. We offered to come out and meet with them again at their convenience, but the member told us that they had picked another contractor. We again apologized for the inconvenience we caused them.

Description of Work: AKB remodeled our kitchen, powder room, and laundry room. Michele was very helpful in designing the changes we wanted. |They were very responsive to our requests for scheduling changes, especially when a health issue arose. The price was a little high, but the quality of the products and service justified it.

Description of Work: Replaced outside water valve. Rooter the main drain from kitchen to the street. And repaired main shut off to house, it was very difficult to turn. Plumber very easy to work with!

Description of Work: The only major problem involved the installation of an electric wall oven. The electrical conduit emerged from the bottom of the oven, but the connection had to be made in the cabinet above the oven. The installers had not seen this configuration before. They ended up cutting a whole in the drywall behind the cabinet and later patching it up after finding a different solution to the problem.

Description of Work: American Kitchen and bath did a kitchen remodel for us. They did an awesome job from the planning to the execution. We only had one month to complete the project, and they were able to meet this deadline for us. Michelle did an amazing job designing our kitchen and advising us on materials. Every worker arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up daily. We are very happy with the services we received and love our new kitchen!

We had the tub and the shower refinished and were very pleased with the results. It took 3 days as it had to be sprayed on then blown to dry. When it was done it looked like porcelain. They did a great job as they covered everything in the bathroom with paper and there was no over spray. The young men that came were great and did a fabulous job. I was very pleased with the work and the bathroom is beautiful.
Description of Work: My home had a very ugly color in the tub and shower so I had it refinished.
