Description of Work: Great service and value

Description of Work: Provided estimate for all windows, sliding doors and skylights. Helped confirm window and sliding door measurements. Provided regular updates throughout orderplacement process. Delivered windows, sliding doors and skylights in good condition. They had to keep the windows and doors in their warehouse for 3 months because our contractor was not ready for installation. This was unanticipated. But they helped us out by storing the products in great condition, and did not even ask for balance payment until all the doors and windows were delivered to our house when contractor was finally ready to install them. We worked with Erlin at AMC, and she was great to work with throughout the process.

Description of Work: We had a very specific look we wanted to achieve for the house, and were not getting useful information from the window dealer our contractor had put us in touch with. So I went and visited all the other authorized dealers for Fleetwood in our area. Of all the dealers I visited, Erlin from AMC Glass was the most knowledgeable when it came to guiding me with the right products to suit the design specifications I had in mind. My husband and I knew we wanted the Fleetwoods for the sliders and hinged doors, but for the clerestory windows that we had quite a few of, we wanted aluminum windows with the thinnest possible frames to get maximum glass coverage. Erlin quickly grasped what we needed, gave us relevant options for both the products, educated us about both the products and essentially guided us through it all. She was the only one (of all the other dealers I visited) who even knew of the 710 square edged frames in the Milgard and suggested that for the fixed clerestory windows, as they would match the square edges on the Fleetwood door frames. Because of her expertise and guidance we have a great set of windows and doors installed, that we are already receiving compliments on. I couldn't have done this exercise without her. Not only was she a great consultant to have on this, she was great at even executing the entire order which was pretty complicated and done in batches. We also ordered the Velux skylights from them. Each order was executed to perfection. I couldn't believe my luck in finding these guys and especially at getting to work with someone as dependable as Erlin. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Description of Work: We had one section of a garden window replaced, because the seal between the double panes had leaked moisture in-between the panes, making that section of the garden window cloudy. AMC replaced the cloudy panes with new ones. The window that was replaced measured about 36" square.
