I hired them to clean very dirty windows, several mirrors, a laminate floor and the refrigerator before move in to a condo the previous owner failed to clean. They came within a few days of contacting them as we were exhausted and anxious to move in. The gave me an estimate over the phone and a time frame. When the day came they were late arriving due to being short staffed and bad traffic. (they ahead to inform me). In fact, "the crew" never arrived, but the owner and his wife arrived and quickly got to work. It took longer than they estimated but the windows and mirrors sparkled, the filthy floor was scraped and washed several times, and the refrigerator was spotless. I was very impressed--it was a difficult job. Will definitely use them again.

Great! They were very thorough. They were able to get the hard mineral build up off a lot of my fixtures. The place looks wonderful.

The team did an incredibly thorough job. It took nearly 3 times as long as the estimate, but I believe that was due to the intricate windows. One small issue was they they removed a few removable pieces from appliances during the cleaning process but didn't replace them when done. I had to call the home owners (my landlords) to figure out what they were and where they went. Also, they removed all the plastic shelf liners and threw them out. I recovered them from the trash, and I ended up cleaning them and putting them back. Besides these nitpicks, the service was really good!

Even though we just bought it, it's like we have a new house! Patty and Jose were great - they communicated well, took the time to see the property and discuss the job, and gave a very competitive quote. We were confident they would take care in our home and do a great job, but even we underestimated them. Their team cleaned every nook and cranny of the house, fixtures, appliances, etc... not to mention Jose took off about 9 years of wear and tear from the carpet! We will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommended.

Quote process: ============ Patty contacted me within 24 hours of leaving her a message and scheduled for Jose to come out the next morning (Tuesday?) to give a quote. Jose arrived promptly the next morning, put on some shoe protectors, and toured the house with me. He asked numerous questions and used a cloth to determine the extent of the work necessary. He answered every question I had regarding cost, time, availability, etc We decided to contract them for that Saturday, 9am-1pm. Service: ====== After a minor delay due to traffic (they texted that they would be late 20 minutes), Jose and his team showed up and went to work. We had some errands to run; so, we left them to their work. When they were almost done (~30 minutes left), they texted us to let us know. They cleaned all surfaces, including the walls and the window sills, the stove, oven, etc. We were very happy with the service and will be contacting them to have them clean our windows next.

I contacted Patty and Jose from Amazing Clean World through Angie's List a year ago because they were so highly rated. Upon meeting them, I was quickly comfortable that they had the right experience and that they cared about doing a good job. Just as importantly, I felt that they were good people I could trust in my home. They quoted a fair price, and we agreed that they would do some cleanings for me, including an initial "deep clean" which lived up to their name ("Amazing"). So now it has been over a year that they've come to clean every 2 weeks. I have found Patty and Jose to be conscientious about quality, professional and excellent at keeping in touch about the schedule and any other issues that we need to communicate about. They are very receptive to feedback and good natured about things that are important to me such as wearing shoe coverings and using only my vacuum for cleaning my newly installed Karastan. On "cleaning days", I come home from work to a gleaming kitchen and shiny clean floors. They often make the extra effort to arrange bathroom towels or sofa pillows artistically. I am pleased to recommend Patty, Jose and the Amazing Cleaning World team.

It went really well. They are my regular cleaners. They are very detailed and do an excellent job.

I was hoping to leave a review in a couple of months but it?s sad that I have to give an honest review today as they cancelled my service. Let me first make it clear that the co-owner, and lead cleaner, Jose is easy to work with and his cleaning crew are nice. However, the other co-owner Patty cannot seem to take any feedback and clearly doesn?t know how to run a business. Instead of resolving a simple issue, she chose to send rude texts and then cancel my service. Quite appalling, and disappointed as this was my first Angie?s List find. Details: After texting her the night before my cleaning service (to ask the cost of additional item I wanted cleaned), I also let Patty know that the counters again were not thoroughly clean. While I expect to get what I paid for, I don?t expect utter perfection. However, my kitchen counters always have dirt/dust and/or food stains after they?ve cleaned. Jose was aware of this before but when I texted Patty she was incredibly rude in her texts back to me and then said they would no longer service my home (I have sent an email to Angie?s list with the text messages I received)! They expect the home owner to check the whole house and let them know at the end of the service if anything needs correcting, and yet they also state that their cleaning is perfect and that you don?t need to be home?! Summary: I can?t believe this is how they conduct business! I have been incredibly flexible with them, even after they caused damage in my home (which Jose offered to pay for but I felt that accidents happen and I just asked him to please let me know of issues). It is such a shame that they choose to conduct business this way. I was really hoping to resolve some of the smaller cleaning issues with them as time goes by, as it takes time for cleaning crews to learn your needs. I have only had a couple of cleaning crews in all my years because of great long term relationships and equal respect of the work that is done. Too bad this cleaning company is so below the average for service. Listed below are my highlights (pros and cons) for their service over the last few months. PROS 1. Co-owner Jose, who is also the lead to clean the house, is great to work with. Listens to your concerns and addresses them, and acknowledges when they may have done something wrong. 2. They clean floors very well. Everything else is average. 3. Their package includes cleaning items that others do not, such as light fixtures and sofa vacuuming 4. The cleaning crew are friendly and nice people 5. For the most part, they work quickly and efficiently (although sometimes Jose is on his phone while cleaning) CONS 1. Most importantly, the attitude of the co-owner Patty. She is rude and gets quickly defensive, and cannot handle any feedback (although her husband Jose does this well). She is not approachable at all. 2. They are not thorough, especially with counter tops and wooden furniture dusting. The owner says that we can tell her if we see any issues, but she expects you to do this as soon as the cleaning is over. It would take too much time to check your whole house after every cleaning! Not to mention, shouldn't you be able to discuss with your cleaning service what your needs are? 3. Their first cleaning service is SO good, but their continual cleaning every 2 weeks is not. 4. They go so fast that sometimes they cause damage. On the first cleaning they broke a glass candle holder and never told me. Recently, they caused a large scratch on the wooden footboard of our bed. I didn?t ask for anything to be replaced or paid for, but simply requested to please be notified of any accidents. 5. They are not flexible in what items they clean. This is a small issue, but if you want to swap the cleaning of one room to instead mop the garage, they will not do it. You need to call ahead of time and get a quote. 6. They are more expensive than others who provide the same level of average service. The only reason I went with them is because they use natural products (although they would use mine too) and they insisted that they would listen to any feedback on cleaning (and I also like to support smaller businesses).

We were renovating our house before moving in, and there was a lot of construction, especially dust everywhere that was almost impossible to remove by regular means. Patty and Jose were very responsive from the start, scheduled a time to stop by, inspected the house, and gave us a quote. They fully understood how tough this dust was to clean, and ensured us that they would not only clean the floors but also the walls. They charged extra for cleaning the windows and blinds and even threw in a basic garage cleaning as a favor. What started out as a house completely filled with dust was in great move-in condition by the time they finished. Inevitably, one of the blinds still had some amount of dust remaining on it, but in the grand scheme of things, this is minute compared to the hours of work they saved us had we tried to attempt (futilely) to do this on our own. We couldn't be more happy with Amazing Clean World.

We contacted Amazing Clean World at last minute and asked if they could come the next day to clean and Jose came that day to give us an estimate. They came the next day (today) and cleaned with amazing detail. The floors are spotless. Areas that my wife never thought could be cleaned as well as they are now look perfect! We were very impressed. The windows have never been this shiny!! We have used other popular companies for cleaning and Amazing Clean World is the best that we have dealt with so far. We will definitely use them again.

Amazing Clean World is definitely above the rest. Both Jose and Patty take pride in their work, which is very refreshing! From beginning with getting a quote, they are very responsive and even give a GPS estimate time of arrival. They take their work very professionally, listen carefully to your concerns of areas to clean and willingly take the extra step. Our kitchen cabinets smelled of curry. After unsuccessfully trying to clean myself, I felt ultimately a degreaser and rinse and then have cabinet oil was needed. They were attentive to my concerns of keeping getting rid of the smell as well as not damaging the wood. Smell is significantly improved and now I have nice shiny cabinets! Blinds are dust free and windows are sparkling. Jose is a master in cleaning windows. He has his own set of cleaning tools. Awesome! Thanks a bunch Jose and Patty!

On each visit the cleaning staff chooses an extra cleaning goal to complete (eg kitchen cabinets or high ceiling corners). The energy and thoroughness of the cleaning staff is unsurpassed. I'm so happy to find Jose and Patty of Amazing Clean World.

Jose emailed us within hours after getting my request for a quote through Angie's List. He scheduled to come out the next day and, amazingly, showed up on time! He gave us a great price and put it in writing. He scheduled the cleaning for the following Saturday and worked diligently for hours. He needed someone to assist with cleaning one gutter that is difficult to get to, so he told me he'd schedule a time to be back later (after the rainstorm that came the next day). I paid him the full amount even though he insisted that he be paid only when the job was complete. After the rain, he emailed to schedule another day to finish the work, which he did. Jose was polite, ethical, always communicated by email or phone, showed up on time, and worked diligently for a great price. I highly recommend him and plan to use Amazing Clean World for other work around the house.

Patti and Jose were fantastic. They worked hard and were very thorough. I look forward to working with them.

They were good. They were phenomenal. We continue with them. They did a rocking job. We're very happy with them. My wife has gone, even in our old place, through many different house cleaners and none of them made it the second or third time, but they had made it more than the second or third time that my wife was extremely happy with them. They cleaned. They did everything, base boards, walls, fans, garage, chandeliers. Their attention to detail is very good. You could put my username next to it. You don't have to keep it anonymous. That's fine. I probably called that day four or five different people off the list of which I went around from two of them, exactly they were the higher rank ones too, they were still rank A. They went out of their way. They were rock stars.

The name says it all. Service is simply amazing. We have been using the services of ACW for almost 5 months. Until 2 weeks ago, the job was done by two people -- Jose, the owner, and Sandra. Sandra does the kitchen. When she finishes our stainless steel appliances and sink look brand new. Jose does the bathrooms. They also look new when he's done. The team is very thorough in cleaning each room, door and window casings and floors. The owners listen to our very few concerns, and do what it takes to keep us happy.

Jose and Patty worked very hard and cleaned very thoroughly. Jose and Patty are pleasant and work well together. I would be happy to use them for the same and other services in the future.

Working with Jose and Patty is always a pleasant and professional experience. Patty is very efficient and always gets back to me right away. Communicating with her is easy and she always makes time for us. For this particular job, I called with only one day's notice, and Patty was able to fit me in for the following afternoon. This really helped us out! On the day of the scheduled work, Patty notified me when they were on their way. They did an excellent job cleaning and took care with the little details. I will continue to work with Patty and Jose and highly recommend their services.

First of all, not only were they very nice and intelligent people but they both worked very, very hard to be sure that the house was left to my specifications. Jose called me within three hours of my call to him inquiring about what my needs for services were and made an appt to visit and give me a cost estimate. The job was a big one given that the house needed some deep cleaning due to construction dust that was in all the rooms because of a bathroom remodel. Jose and Patty arrived in the late afternoon, ate in their car but then entered the house and got to work. Jose stayed in the kitchen washing and scrubbing the stove, countertops, cabinets, island, appliances and lighting structures. Windows had been washed the day before but he made sure to keep them splatter free. His work was meticulous and thorough in the kitchen. He dusted, shined up our appliances and countertops and paid attention to the details. Patty in the meantime went wall to wall in the dining room and living room, dusting and cleaning furniture, baseboards, my chandelier, window sills, etc. She took time to dust all of our chachis and return them to place looking shiny and bright. She vacuumed the rugs, and did the basic clean ups of the three bathrooms which Jose then took over to continue the deeper cleaning. Both worked long and hard and I was very happy with how the house looked when they were finished. They came at 4:00-and left close to 9 pm but it was well worth my money to hire a service like Amazing Clearn World and I would gladly welcome them back to help me in my home.

My experience was top notch! Amazing Clean World was superior to any other! I actually have them coming to my home weekly now. They are honest and most importantly efficient!!!
