Jose and his helper did a great job.

Need to be specific. When we said to clean the linens, they did wash what was in the laundry room but we meant to strip the bass and wash the sheets, too. We miscommunicated and will be specific in the future. Our bad. The group was prompt and went to work immediately. We are happy with their work.

Two cleaners arrived right on time, I directed them to the bathrooms and they got started. The owner arrived a little later to help out as well. A couple hours later, the bathrooms and kitchen looked like they were brand new. My toilets had been stained when I moved in 7 years ago, and I hadn't done much to them since. I honestly did not expect them to come out completely, but somehow they did it. I am very happy with the results and the work that was done.

I have used them from Angies List and they were very very good.

They did a good job. It was an alright job, but when I asked them about the threshold on the front door, they came back and cleaned it, but it still wasn't really clean. They could do a little better for the money. I can't definitively say that I would not use them again.

Took longer than expected, but have sparkling Windows now.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! I could not be happier. Jose was prompt to call me back after one call. He came to visit site the same day. He followed that evening with a message confirming date & time. He & his coworker were at our house on time. They work all day long & finished the 40 plus windows in one day. They did an AMAZING job which clearly mirrored the name of company. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Jose & his team to anyone looking for a painless perfect window cleaning experience. I am already planning a future maintenance cleaning. THANK YOU Jose.

The house was very clean. First time cost was $310 but subsequent monthly cleanings are only $120.

I used a coupon from Angie's List - and I've tried a number of housecleaners from Angie's List. This company is BY FAR the BEST. I let them know, since we are retired, that I could be flexible on days and time, although I prefer towards the end of the week. Occasionally they ask if they can adjust the time, or give ma a time frame for services (ex: between 10:30 - 11 am or maybe a bit more due to traffic) which is fine by me because I said it was OK in the beginning. They do more of the little things (baseboards, light fixtures, sometimes some wall marks and I still don't know how they get our stainless steel kitchen sink so sparkling - others say they will but they miss it a LOT). They have a job for life. GREAT couple, very pleasant, family run business & their workers seem to stay with them (which also speaks well in my book). They ALWAYS are rpompt with replies and comments. I don't need to look anymore. I am also recommending them to my siblings. Cannot go wrong in my book. So glad I found them & so happy with Angie's List.

It took a slight bit to get through to them, now I know why. This is SUCH a great company to work with. Not only was their price lower than others, the job they did was superior and their workers are so pleasant and thorough about meeting our needs. I absolutely will use them on a regular basis and am doing so moving foward.

Excellent service. Prompt, professional, highly communicative, and most importantly they did amazing work. Very clean apartment = full deposit returned by landlord. I highly recommend.

So awful that I can't even begin to describe the trauma and chaos this group of people caused in our home, beginning with the owner of the company. Suffice it to say that permanent damage to hardwood, breaking of another item, breaking and attempted stealing of another item (probably to cover the breakage), lateness beyond the norm, poor performance on simple tasks, some not done, other weird behavior too difficult to explain here, were some of the highlights. They started off fine but within weeks the wheels fell off the bus and it just got worse and worse. Finally, we parted company. The worst cleaning experience we've had ever. I don't know the underlying cause, but I truly hope he got it straightened out. It is really a shame because they seemed like such nice and responsible people. We had such high hopes for them. It just didn't work out.

In general some cleanings they do really good and some cleanings they do a okay job and they miss some spots here and there and forgot to do somethings. So, the B reflects kind of like an over all experience. They do a clean on a monthly basis and we have had them doing that for about a year.

They are great, they get our house cleaner and way more sparkly than we do! Glad to have found them!

Amazing Clean World came out for an estimate and we organized for them to have a deep clean done. They refused to provide the Angie's discount price, but since I needed the service done, I agreed. They were booked about 2.5 weeks out, but I booked with them anyways for the Saturday after Thanksgiving, for a crew of five, for the entire day. (Incidentally, the company also did not send information regarding bonding or insurance as promised.) Then, apparently they booked someone else on top of my appointment and did not notify me until I sent them a message to confirm their arrival time. So unless they made an error and fix things within the next day or so, they entirely left me in the lurch. I am in a hotel waiting for this clean up to be done, and am essentially homeless if they do not complete the work as scheduled. If they show up with their crew of five as promised, then I will write a revised review. Feel horribly let down. This is a job that had me paying the cleaning service directly as an independent consumer, by the way. How would you feel?

Can't really tell you how it went, since no-one called me back. I left my phone number slowly and repeated it, so that can't be used as an excuse.

Outstanding - they were very thorough

Wonderful. We used Jose and Patty for a pre-party house cleaning and they juggled schedules to make sure they could help us out, despite short notice. We've since signed up for monthly cleaning (punctual, good communication and they do a nice job) and we used them to to a move-out cleaning of the home we were selling.

Perfect. Fine print in our lease said that we had to do the complete detailed move out cleaning including all of the windows. Amazing Clean folks showed up for the estimate and said "how do you want us to look at the project?" I said "make it the way you would want it if you were the new tenant." They did. 2200 sqr foot 2 story house with lots of windows and all of the windows having plastic inside frames to every window had to be truly hand-cleaned with care. The estimate was that it would take 6 hours.. it took 11 and the effort was beyond worth it. Great people. Bathrooms, baseboards, sills (even ones way up in a lofty stairwell... and all of the windows. Trusted.

Patricia came over to view our house before giving us a quote. She wasn't sure if they would be able to fully clean the burned on stuff on our stove, which i could believe since previous cleaners had not been able to do so. However, when they did the job, they got our stove spotless. Bathrooms were super clean. Very happy with the job they did.

They have been incredible. They are the best cleaning service I have ever had.

The cleaning itself was very professional. The problem was with the timing. We had agreed to have flexible timing when we started the service, but then they started taking advantage of this flexibility. They gave a time, and if we got late in responding to the text they immediately gave it someone else and gave us some random time early in the morning or later in the evening. I think this just speaks of disloyalty. My main problem with them is they are not very accomodative. They were ready to be flexible for the initial cleaning which all these companies seem to charge extra for, and once the intial cleaning is done, they feel they can lock the customer in, and if they don't want to put in the effort to keep the business start mistreating the customer.

They did an excellent job. Would use them again.

I hired them to clean very dirty windows, several mirrors,?a laminate?floor and the?refrigerator before move in to a condo the previous owner failed to clean. ? They came within a few days of contacting them as we were exhausted and?anxious to move in. ?The gave me an estimate over the phone and a time frame. ?When the day came they were late arriving due to being short staffed and bad traffic. (they ahead to inform me). ? In fact, "the crew" never arrived, but the owner and his wife arrived and quickly got to work. ? It took longer than they estimated but the windows and mirrors sparkled, the filthy floor was scraped and washed several times, and the refrigerator was spotless. ?I was very impressed--it was a difficult job. ?Will definitely use them again.
