Aly's Tree Trimming Pruning & Yard Clean-Up

A crew of six arrived as scheduled and finished two hours later. They left leaving the sidewalk and yard clean. I mentioned Angie's discount reference after the estimate was completed and Aly discounted the $880 estimate by 10% to $792. I will use this service again in the future.

Aly responded to me immediately and came out the same day to give a quote. His prices were reasonable and he was able to start the job the next morning. He listened clearly to my requests, followed up with questions when necessary, and kept me updated. His team was thorough, respectful, and I would definitely hire them again.

Aly's gave a estimate and scheduled the work at the end of the week. The work was completed on time. They were professional. The area was cleaned up very well.

Aly is very professional and personable. I reached him directly when calling about an estimate and made an appointment for the next day. He was on time and provided copies of the documents regarding his credentials, licensing and insurance along with a written estimate. His crew pruned and shaped 3 trees, one very large. The trees look great and they cleaned up my yard, as well as the debris in the yards of the two neighbors, where tree branches were encroaching. This is the second time we've had Aly's do work for us. He returns phone calls very promptly & comes for an estimate in a reasonable amount of time. His pricing is fair. The work was done very quickly & the crew was very careful of all the surrounding landscaping. They cleaned up after themselves & were very professional. You would never know there was ever a tree there.

This tree they worked on was a long way up to accomplish the trim work and they did it all beautifully. The branches had grown too close to the house and they didn't damage a thing. They cleaned up every bit of debris and I would recommend them.

They showed up within 2 days of my contacting them and on a Sunday at that. Aly dropped off a copy of their business certificate and insurance before they began the job. They did an excellent job. Aly showed up with a crew of 9-10 people and they had the entire yard cleaned up in about 3.5 hours. A rock got picked up by one of the weed whackers and accidentally broke my patio door. Aly had it replaced within a day. Overall, I was very pleased with the work they did and would hire them again for future projects.

After a few problems connecting with Aly, he arrived early for the estimate and when I arrived he had already written it out based on our telephone conversation. When I called to schedule the work, I again had a problem with Aly receiving my message. I called the next day and spoke to Aly (instead of his telephone staff) and we set up a time for the work. His team arrived on time and took care of the tree removal in 30 minutes. They were very efficient and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely consider using this service again for any tree-related work.

Aly was very easy to work with. Job was performed as promised and in a timely manner. The crew was very professional and took care not to damage surrounding plants and property. They cleaned up as they worked and left the area in reasonably good shape.

Aly's service is the best! I called him yesterday afternoon and he came over yesterday evening to give the estimate. It was clear from the first meeting with him that he knows his trees. I was worried about vertical cracks in a tree stump and he noticed that they were well on their way to being healed. We talked about pruning an avocado tree and he said that with remaining fruit and blooms, it would be better to push that back a month. His crew arrived this afternoon to do the work. They were all in uniform, they were all professional and cordial. Probably 10 people were here, they brought a backhoe for the leveling. The total duration of work was 5-6 hours. I highly recommend and will use Aly's again. Aly himself is the nicest guy, his estimate was thorough. His pricing was fair, perhaps on the high side, but he brought (unsolicited) his proof of insurance, his business tax license, his certificate of workers' comp insurance, his arborist cert and contractor license

I had a dead tree in my backyard. Aly gave me an estimate for removal of the tree and stump within a day of my initial phone call. He gave me copies of his business license, liability insurance, workmen's comp and arborists' certification. A date was scheduled and he showed up on time. It took approximately 3 hours to remove. His crew was thorough and clean. He charged me for what was exactly quoted.

Did a great job with the work; it looks top notch! The trees looked very healthy, afterwards. The crew worked fast and left absolutely no mess. They were also sensitive to the requests of the neighbors. I was also very impressed by their estimate packet, which contained all of the necessary licenses and insurance papers. Very professional. Communication was not the best, however. It took an additional call to get an estimate after they missed their original appointment day. After I faxed the work order over, I did not hear from them for a scheduled time as promised. They were very apologetic and came out immediately after the second call. However, after faxing the completed work order over, I did not get a call as promised with a scheduled work date. This left me scrambling to notify the neighbors, because when I called them to ask when the date was, it turned out to be that day.

I felt they were very pleasant and well organized. They arrived on time and were quite efficient. The workers seemed to be very well organized and I noticed the workers worked very well together.

We called him in the morning and he came out before noon to give us an estimate. We accepted the bid and he had a crew out the next morning to remove the tree. The service was great. The tree was removed and everything was cleaned out before they left.

Job well done. I was quite impressed by Aly's knowledge of the trees and bushes that are in my yard. His price was in the same range as another estimate I got.

Aly showed up the day I called and left me with estimate (and also a pen, business card, and refigerator magnet listing the Ten Commandments"). I called back and work was scheduled for next day. Two men arrived on time and finished job within 45 minutes. One operated the stump grinding machine, and the other held a tarp to ensure that wood chips wouldn't get into pool. They used a leaf blower to clean up, and then asked that I inspect their work. I was very pleased as they were able to grind deeper than I expected, and completely removed the stump.

Beautiful job! They shaped the trees perfectly, having had a bad experience with another company several years back. We were SO pleased with Aly's. Reliable, timely, professional.

He was able to come out soon after we called (in January). Without prompting he provided us a packet of papers which included license and insurance information. We had him look at our fig, persimmon, orange and ash tree. A couple of our trees are older and he was concerned with keeping them healthy and not to do too much pruning. He did not try to confuse us with technical terms. He was easy to talk to. He pointed out the mistletoe in our ash tree and that it should be pruned out, but that otherwise the ash tree was fine. We decided to prune our orange tree ourselves as it isn't that tall and we felt we could handle the little bit of pruning that was needed there. The pruning debris was cleaned up and hauled away.

They did a really good job. Used a bucket to trim large branches above roof, making a special effort to avoid having branches fall on the roof. They cut large limbs to firewood length for my use, and hauled all the rest. They used a separate truck to shred and haul the palm fronds away, and left the premises immaculately clean.

Incredible! It went great. Aly's crew of 7 showed up on time. Initially Aly's requested the guys to start the afternoon of the day before the scheduled date to get a head start, to which I agreed. Surprisingly In just 4 hours the whole tree was gone! The branches were carefully removed and large pieces were cushioned with tires to prevent any damage to the driveway. The uniformed crew worked very efficiently and safely, and they were also very friendly. All the trimmings were consumed on site, the wood was hauled away, the stump was ground up, and the driveway was swept, so was my neighbors driveway. There was some minor damage to the fence which Aly had fixed immediately after. The fence repair was very solid and done well.

A friend of mine found them on Angie's List a month ago and raved about their work. I called based on the referral and Aly came over within an hour to provide me a quote. His crew showed up on time, about three hours later, completed the work as scheduled and before finishing asked if they needed to do more trimming which they did. They cleaned up the yard, chipped all the debris and left my place as nice as when they arrived. Very good work.
