+ -1 moreJoey was on time (2 minutes early, actually) and very professional. I had 3 other companies come out and try and figure out what why my heater was not working, and two of the companies said they don't do this type of work and the 3rd guy came and never finished the job. It turned out that what was and quot;wrongand quot; was actually not wrong, so I would have paid to fix something that was not broken to begin with. Joey was able to correctly figure out what the situation was and diligently worked and fixed my heater that same morning. I was very nicely surprised by his professionalism and his knowledge. When I called him back a few hours because I wasn't sure whether the heater was working or not, he answered my call right away and made sure to follow up with me even after. This was probably one of the best experiences I've had with a company providing repair services. After being without heat for over a month during the cold winter, I was very relieved to have found such a knowledgeable, experienced professional like Air Care.
Description of Work: Joey @ Air Care came onsite and switched out a defective thermostat.
