Frank arrived on time the day after we called, promptly diagnosed the problem with our dryer, had the needed replacement part in his truck, and was done in less than 45 minutes. Can't do better than that--I'd use him again!!!

he basically said there was a refrigerant leak which would be impossible to try and fix due to the way the unit is constructed. We asked him to go ahead and recharge it to buy some time till we could replace it and we ended up buying another one. He was very professional and worked quickly and quietly and explained what was wrong.

I can't say enough good about this company. Such excellent service and so honest! When he got done repairing my refrigerator, I mentioned that the door ice maker was not working - and he repaired it FOR FREE! Then, when the problem continued with the refrigerator he came out and fixed it again - FOR FREE! I will always use him for my repairs and definitely recommend him to anyone else.

Frank from Agile Appliances answered our late-in-the-day Friday call and was able to come right over since he had a cancelled call. He was very professional and courteous, even asking if we wanted him to remove his shoes at the door. He carefully diagnosed the problem - identifying it as the flood / overflow switch failure and ordered the $35 part. He promised the part would be in quickly and he was right; he returned to install it the 2nd business day later, and we were back up running. We were delighted to get our 22-year old dishwasher (a real Maytag workhorse) fixed. We were only charged once for the total job labor/parts (despite two visits). The cost was very reasonable. Before he left we asked if he worked with refrigerators like ours - it's motor was running all the time and rarely shut off. He opened the bottom and told us the coils on the bottom were blanketed and needed to be brushed and vacuumed. We could buy a brush meant for this. I asked if he did this kind of work and said yes. I told him we would try it first and call if we found it too difficult. We ended up cleaning the coils ourselves and now have a quiet refrigerator. Thank you, Frank at Agile Appliances. I asked for a quote in the morning via AngiesList website. Frank called me an hour later. He came a couple of hours later, fixed my fridge (fan issue) within 90 min. Gave me a good price and it all came with a 90 day warranty. Very pleased!

It was like a true miracle! Frank called me late Saturday night and showed me the exact way to fix it; he was so kind, patient and confident of how and what to do. When it didn’t work at first, he patiently told me to do it again but stronger- it worked and the freezer began to work as it should. Frank did not give up on me and he charged me nothing!!!
