Alex listens and is patient. My laptop was up and running quickly and Alex also backed up my computer and a few other requests. He is my tech guru now. I paid less than I expected and would have paid more. I believe you can rely on him.

Great! Frendly and quick. Alejandro (Alex) is an IT Pro for a major institution and branching into his own business. He knows his stuff. Talking with him before before I brought my computer in he gave me a good idea of the price, which was the no surprise bill. I brought it in between noon and one and it was ready by 4 pm; same day service in the IT business! Next time I need device help I know I will be back.
