Today, I need to install it on a computer, and it gets hung up at some point--it can't read something in the font folder. I look up Adobe Acrobat on line, and I speak with a customer service rep. When I finally speak with someone, they are nice, put me on hold to see what can be done, but they say that there is nothing they can do, other than sell me an entirely new service. It is also worth mentioning that I am in the their customer database. I asked if I could get a trial version, saying that Adobe 7.0 was too old--but they do offer a 7.0.7 upgrade if I was interested in that. This tells me that the 7.0 can't be that old for them to let me download and upgrade. It feels off putting that after spending so much on this in the first place, and after only two short years, they don't want to support you anymore.
Description of Work: I bought Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0.

I called Adobe for help with some simple login issues. I spoke with my first Adobe rep in mid-April, and explained my login issues, which had prevented me from logging in the previous night. I can log into other Adobe sites, but was unable to create a new account with my email. I tried everything to get it to work, and the rep was unable to help me. He transferred me to someone who was also unable to help. Each time I entered my email address it said that it was already in the system, and then it would say that the email address did not exist. He transferred me to someone else, who then transferred me to someone else. When I finally explained my problem for the seventh time, he put me on hold and then got back on the phone and began doing troubleshooting. We went through all of the basic steps to delete everything from before, but it still did not work. He then transferred me to the corporate office for help, but no one has gotten back to me. I have tried repeatedly to contact someone from Adobe for help, but they have not been able to help me. I really like the software itself, and have found it to be absolutely amazing. However, their customer service is terrible. Their software is wonderful, as long as you never need any help with anything. I have spent at least 7 hours on the phone with their customer service trying to resolve this issue, and at one point waited 4 hours to try to talk to someone. This is the last software I will purchase from Adobe because of their customer service.
Description of Work: I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium, and then began having login issues.
