replacement windows
+ -1 moreI met the co-owner at a neighbor's house who was having some work done and I was given his business card. I contacted them a few weeks later by phone, leaving a message on their voice mail and asked that they return my call; I never received a call back. After a week of waiting, I sent an e-mail to their e-mail address, explaining that I had left a message, didn't receive a call and requested that they respond to discuss window repair/replacement. No one ever responded. I would never hire a company so disorganized that they cannot return calls for business. Why would I take a chance with them?
Description of Work: We needed quotes on the repair of 2 windows and the replacement of a 3rd.
