+ -1 moreArmando failed to appear for either appointment and did not call. When I contacted the office the person who answered the phone (Isabelle) stated that she was supposed to check to see if their insurance coverage would allow them to do the work for us but she was very busy and hadn't gotten to it in the past week. They clearly did not want the business and did not care. Very unprofessional
Description of Work: Made two separate appointments for estimate to provide pool security gates at a condominium complex.
