+ -1 moreIt was OK but I was not happy with them as I was with the other two, They replaced all the rollers of my garage doors, I have a two car garage door and month after they had done it started getting noisy I found out that their were a lots of bolts that were not tightened on it and that was not good and for that I will not use them again. There was this one person that came out, they were OK. The responsiveness was pretty good and they did conduct them self in a good manner.
Description of Work: They did roller replacement and reconditioning.

+ -1 moreHe was great. He was very friendly and he was on time. He did exactly what I expected and he didn't try to tell me there was a problem or anything like that. He was just very professional.
Description of Work: I used a big deal for Aaron Overhead Door. It was a check up for my garage door which I hadn't looked at since it was installed and he did service of it. And he said that it was in great working condition. He was just very honest about it and he tightened some bolts and that was it.

+ -1 moreAlthough I did send an email to Overhead door and included the confirmation from Angie's List, I never heard from them. No appointment was ever set, and I was never contacted. When I received an email from Angie's List early this year asking about the service, I responded with an explanation that I had never been contacted. I never heard back from either Angie's List or Overhead Door. I'm very disappointed with the whole experience.
Description of Work: I was never contacted and no service was ever performed.

Description of Work: Removed and hauled away old garage door. Installed new Amarr door, Lift Master garage door opener, and keyless entry.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. I NEVER KNEW THAT GARAGE DOORS COULD BE FIT SO WELL TO THE OPENING ... ALMOST AIRTIGHT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A FEW HOURS. TOOK AWAY THE OLD DOORS. IT WAS JUST SPOTLESS. WE HAD ALSO USED THEM ON AN EARLIER JOB AT A DIFFERENT HOUSE WITH THE SAME HIGH QUALITY.
Description of Work: REPLACED TWO GARAGE DOORS: A SINGLE DOOR AND A DOUBLE DOOR. INSTALLED A NEW DOOR OPENER ON THE DOUBLE DOOR, AND A KEYLESS ENTRY ON THE WALL OUTSIDE.
