Description of Work: Aaron worked on water damage to the wooden studs on the outer wall of our home. He gave an estimate on the phone. When he came over to work, he realized that the damage was more than he had anticipated. He gave a new estimate, but did not commit us to his service. I got quotes from several other people, but Aaron's quote was the best. When we finally decided to go with him, he came and finished the job in 3 days time. His job included taking out the stucco, replacing wood studs and then putting back stucco. I found him to be very professional and prompt in his business. Would recommend him.

 + -1 moreWhile the work got done, there were places with obvious paint streaking and blobs. Mr. Bradley's wife and helpers were heard to argue frequently over how to paint during performance of the work. Mr. Bradley did not tell us he would not haul away debris unless we requested it, for an additional charge. We thought cleanup was included in the contract (silly us - why WOULDN'T you want cleanup after a job?). It took several days to get him to return and haul away debris, plus touch up some paint areas. He agreed to do the debris haul for free, since he did not tell us it was an extra cost item up front. When he arrived to haul and touchup, he had an angry attitude, as if he shouldn't have to do anything more. Again, the work got done, but because of the way he performed the work, I would not use him again, and would never recommend him.
Description of Work: Aaron Bradley painted paneling, put drywall on bathroom ceiling to cover old skylight opening, painted that bathroom, and removed old post on front porch and installed a new one.

 + -1 moreHe was wonderfully patient and very honest. Aaron is extremely knowledgable and detail oriented. He showed up when he said he would and had a very professional and dependable crew. His prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: We had Aaron remodel and upgrade the whole house so we could put it on the market. This job started in September of 2010 and was completed in June '11. This was a very large job and we are extremley pleased.
