Excellent job!! Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option! No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of work.

The plumber (Roy) came within 30 minutes I told him the I can’t use the kitchen sink, dishwasher, bathtub or bath tub sink (everything was backed up with standing water). He went right to work and fixed the problem. What Really impressed me is he saw The sink faucet was loose and needed a little caulking around it, so he just fixed it too. Roy was Quick, professional and thorough, I would definitely use Aaron’s Plumbing again (A+)

The work was perfect. We were skeptical because how new the company was, but found out he was a former employee of mikes council and left to start his own business. He is the best. Very hands on and knowledgeable. He even gave us a lot of tips to help us out in the long run. The employees at his company’s also are hard workers and they get the job done within a timely manner. Aaron came out to my home for what I thought was a simple leak under my kitchen sink, turns out that little leak was actually a bigger leak that was unseen. Aaron was able to stop the leak right away before it caused any water damage to my flooring and cabinet. The job was done in the same day and he over exceeded my expectations!
