They were very good and professional. A little high cost, but it's okay because they are reliable.

We needed our Garbage Disposal replaced. We bought one, but realized we needed help to get it installed. Mike Counsil to the rescue. This is the 3rd time we have had work done by them. Last year they redid the pipes in our house, so it was a no brainer to call them for help with disposal installation! They communicate during the entire thing. Called and showed up when they said they would. This time we had Besmir and Jordy doing the work. Very friendly, explained what they needed to do, made suggestions along the way. Cleaned up afterwards. Great experience overall!

The representative arrived as scheduled and did the inspection and identified improvements.

They were everything I expected, knowledgeable, on time, honest, personable.

We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all.

Outrageously over priced. I hired them because of their claim of "over 40 years experience". I have a custom countertop and needed some guidance for a loose kitchen faucet, mounted through plywood. They quoted me a very high price and took a lot of pictures. We discussed a fix that would involve strengthening the mount. As long as the faucet doesn't come loose again, I'd pay extra. Then, another guy came out on the scheduled day to do the work and said "what??" I got an standard install job for a faucet, and a rate of $425 an hour. No idea how long it will be until it becomes loose again. If my kitchen sink wasn't all apart, I would have sent the guy home.

I was frustrated, talk to another service provider to do the job and much better result was given.

Joseph was are technician he was awesome. Kept me informed. Walked through the issues. He was professional with a sense of humor as well. He was fast and clean while working in our home. Pretty much could not see any other tech working on our house now. Both Corey and Joesph are two of the best.

All went great they rehung the sewer pipes under the house. Replaced the damage sewer pipe. Installed a new fresh water pipe from the water meter to the house installed a pressure regulator and a back flow on the hot water heater. Pached all the holes and even one the didn’t cause

I use Counsil for the quality of their work and trust them to do it to highest city inspection standards. I had to do two replacement sewer lines. Counsil plumbing did the digging, plumbing and cement work with same people; the other contractor did plumbing, subcontracted sleeving sewer line and subcontracted concrete work. Counsil left the house as he found it. The other contractor left trash, rebar and wood and never came back. Counsil used a price master and a detailed contract, the other contractor gave me verbal price which became opaque. I use Counsil when i need quality work that meets inspection specifications and am willing to pay for it.

They are dishonest people. I was told the part costs $125 actually costs $30 dollar. They charged 10 minutes labor and parts for $400. Total rip off. Shop around before you hire.

My dishwater was not working anymore and the error message showed it was a plumbing issue. Anthony from Mike Council Plumbing was my technician. He did a full check on both the pipes and the dishwater and was able to diagnose that it was the dishwasher not the plumbing. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the issues in detail. If things break, I will ask to have him back on the job. Extremely professional and very continuous with all the Covid protocols. Great service!!!

Everything went well. They finished in a short time.

Convoluted agreement process to get work started. Prices are based on some kind of “book” max that they don’t tell you about until the tech gets there. Just felt like they were out to make as much as possible and were over complicating a simple repair. Concessions were made to reduce price to final amount which was still high in my opinion.

Inspection of plumbing system. Retrofit of the piping, installation of new water heater.

It went really well. I called for an appointment on Monday; not an emergency, so a Thursday call was fine. There was a confirmation call the night before and then one in the morning to tell me the plumber would be there in about 20 mins. Mario Q. arrived promptly; very professional, in a mask, gloves, booties. He looked everything over and then gave us a quote. He also suggested that I use the coupon from the site - and waited while I printed it. The work was efficient - with hardware store runs, he was done in about 7 hours. He climbed under the house to make sure nothing was leaking; he did see a few areas of concern that weren't related to the work done today. We'll have to save up for those. But for now - we have a lovely new toilet that doesn't have to be jiggled, and a faucet that turns smoothly. Well done Mario.
