Description of Work: The first Friday afternoon the electrician was due, I was called shortly before the appointment time to reschedule the appointment because he needed more time on the job he was at. I re-scheduled for the next Wednesday. That day I waited and waited, but he never showed up. When I called, they said he was scheduled for the following Wednesday, a day I would not have scheduled anyone.

Description of Work: First appointment for getting an estimated was cancelled yesterday. I said it's ok. Let's reschedule. I explicitly told them that I am taking a time off from work to be at this appointment and was assured that they will arrive on schedule. Next day, my second appointment date, I am waiting at home and nobody showed up. I called and got the answer "sorry we don't have the technician". Instead of working with me now, they simply said that we can refer you to Franklin plumbing. What a joke? you can't keep up with your appointment - so please do not commit. I have wasted 2 days waiting for you.
