Description of Work: They wore clean-room booties over their shoes, which was nice, but their estimate for the work to be done was over $640. I hired another plumber to do the work and he finished in less than an hour, costing 1/4 the price.

Description of Work: They quoted an incorrect price that I thought was too high. They left and later the office called to get a description of the problem. It turned out that the worker had quoted an improper price by mistake and they immediately corrected the problem. I am satisfied that it was an honest mistakeand am pleased that they responded so quickly. Any previous comments I made are withdrawn. Dan McCorquodale.

Description of Work: They replaced a toilet. They were prompt, polite, totally professional, clean. They returned promptly to fix a tiny leak at no charge. Excellent service and a good quiet efficient low-flow toilet.

Description of Work: They came to fix a breaker but ended up replacing my whole circuit box with a new one and checking out the sockets I blew and replaced them as well.

Description of Work: Had my old sewer line replaced and added property line cleanout by the sidewalk. Work included: |- trenching approx 27' to access underground pipe for replacement with 40 ABS pipe |- old pipe was removed and disposed of |- sand/base rock installed under new pipe to achieve proper grade and to protect pipe |- work was done to city code requirements and included permit and inspections |- job has a 20 year warranty | |In addition, my water supply line was found to be side-by-side with the sewer line - a big no no. Had that replaced as well to bring it to code. | |It was a breeze to work with MCP. The representative, Bobby, was professional, communicative and thorough. He sent me daily progress pictures and consulted with me on options for fixing the water supply line. The crew was done in just a few days - started on Tuesday and had everything done by the time I got home from work on Friday. They left everything spotless! Even though the price is high, they do quality work. I'd use them again/recommend them.

Description of Work: During an HVAC overhaul, a leak in the gas line was detected during the pressure test. We called Mike Counsil based on a recommendation from Valley Heating. | |Kevin Bueno came out the next day, gave us a quote right then and there and was able to take care of the leaky gas pipe all in the same work day! | |Turns out the leak was behind the water heater, so that had to be drained, removed and reinstalled which added to the overall price. We also had Kevin cap off an unused gas line running under the house. | |I gave Price a B rating mainly because I didn't have a competitive quote to compare it to. Note that Mike Counsil charges by the work that is performed, not by the hour. | |Overall, we were pleased with the responsiveness, quality of work, and integrity of Kevin and the company.

Description of Work: Repaired a previously installed tub drain. They do excellent work, and are very professional. |However, I won't use them in the future because they have become far too expensive. I got a refund out of them after they double-charged my father in law...$1700 to install a toilet! A toilet which had already been purchased elsewhere!

Description of Work: I asked them to install a new kitchen faucet and fix a leaky shower. Jorge did a great job and, at no extra charge, conducted an inspection of the rest of the plumbing in my house, including the water heater. That was an unexpected bonus.
