Description of Work: Replaced PRV. Added expansion tank at water heater. Quality and craftsmanship were the best I have ever seen.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet. Said they could not warranty the toilet they advertised. Wanted to upgrade to a more expensive one. Tried to charge for visit to house. Also charged 85 for a 12 dollar part to connect toilet to water source. Felt they misrepresented self in advertisement

Description of Work: I was called 1 1/2 hours before the l:00 - 3:00 p.m. time frame ended & office said that they wanted to reschedule for 3 days later. I had a sick dog & waited to take the dog to the Vet the day after the scheduled appt. So, I said I wouldn't reschedule. Then a plumber came within 45 min. and did a great job. I had saved the scheduled time instead of taking my dog to Vet and did not like being asked to reschedule.

Description of Work: I had a leaky bathtub faucet. The plumber arrived right on time. Put on booties before walking in the door. Went in and looked over the problem and gave us some recommendations. Since the faucet is rather old he knew of a place in Fremont that had the part. Came back an hour or so later resolved out problem. And he did this on Sunday without excessive fees! I have found a plumber for all my future plumbing issues.

Description of Work: The technician was very informative and pointed out several issues that need correction in the plumbing in my house.He did clean the kitchen and bathroom drain with a wire coat hanger.My issue is that I paid 197.00 through Angie's list specifically for the drain cleaning. I was charged another 89.00 as a service call. That was not mentioned in the original purchase I made on Angie's.I'm not sure I would use them again. The technician spent a lot of time talking.

Description of Work: I am revising my original review because after I had submitted it, but before it was posted, the customer service manager of the company called me to apologize for the earlier situation, and see if they could remedy the situation. I was not able to go through with the deal, because the option I wanted would have been several hundred dollars more, which made it not really a deal, but I was very happy with the responsiveness of the second person I talked to, as well as his courtesy and his professionalism.

Description of Work: $99 for $200 Worth of Plumbing Services The tech came out consulted the job and gave me an bill for extra costs. He did not do under the sink to look at me leaking faucet. The fine print stated repair leak. $89 was the consulting fee which was not mentioned in the fine print.

Description of Work: Asked for a review and remediation of tank-less water heater installation, to make sure it was installed to code. They quoted an extra $500 or so to do so, plus whatever work that might need to be done, which I found acceptable, but then they never showed up, rescheduled, and then didn't show up again. They recommended I get a refund. Meh.

Description of Work: I purchased their Big Deal and called to get it scheduled. I even called Angie's List to have one of the Rep's reach out to confirm they had availability today. I then called the company myself and was given a time slot from 11-1. They called back about an hour later and told be they couldn't come till Tuesday. This is very poor scheduling.

Description of Work: Performed a whole house sewer line clean out. The technician arrived promptly and went right to work. The job was done quickly in spite of the drenching he got in a surprise down pour. Would use again and recommend to a friend.

Description of Work: I had used another company thru Angie's list for noisy pipes under the house when the hot water was being used in both bathrooms. The other company said it was a thermal problem, nothing wrong with the straps/piping. The noise got louder, I called Counsil Plumbing, they were polite, on time, and fixed the problem, which turned out to be the strapping under the house. Silas was the person who responded and he was very good, on time, listened to my complaint, and fixed the problem. The price seemed a bit high, but I was happy to get the problem fixed. There was a slight problem with a an outside faucet that was leaking, it took a second response to get the problem fixed but they were responsive and fixed the problem at no additional cost.
