It went fine once it finally happened. The two people who came to my house were courteous, efficient, and successful in fixing my problem. However it took three tries to get them to my house. When I submitted my query via Angie’s List they called back almost immediately—faster than anyone else—and set an appt for the next day. The next day they called in the morning and cancelled, rescheduled me for two days later. Two days later they called and had to reschedule again. At that point I said I would be willing to reschedule if they waived the $89 visit fee, which they did. Then on the morning of my third appt they called and required me to call back and confirm my appt before they’d send anyone out. I didn’t know this—no one told me this was a requirement—and was out on errands when they called. I finally saw their message and called back, resulting in a delay in the service people’s arrival. I want to reiterate that I had no problem with any of the dispatch or service staff. It was the process—the seeming responsiveness initially and then the *twice* rescheduling, and then ironically being treated as the unreliable one who had to confirm I would be there before they came. I don’t blame the people. I blame the numbers game the business is playing to grab your business even if they can’t follow through as promised.

Priced range from $460-1200. I declined and completed the work myself for $20.00

Victoria Cedillo's team (Lead: Victoria. Team: Victor, Ruben, Richard, Pedro, and I am sorry if I missed anyone...) from Mike Counsil Plumbing did a wonderful job with our main line sewer and installing new sewer lines! Victoria's manager, Glenn, is very nice and patient. He provides guidance to Victoria's team to diagnose our sewer lines, provide recommendations and detail estimation options to us. We feel comfortable working with Glenn and Victoria during this job, and I have learned a lot regarding proper sewer lines and water lines connections. Victoria also took me into our crawl space and showed me the new sewer line at the last phase of the job. Victoria and her team are really professional and they've provided excellent customer service experience! For all the jobs they have completed, Victoria will provide photos and let us know what the current status of the job each day. Victoria is very considerate and she makes sure that we are able to use kitchen and bathroom at the end of the day (They will temporary connect the lines), and we really appreciate that! They also make sure the working areas are cleaned and covered up properly each day (if there is a wall opened) since there are rodents from our neighbors’ backyard. Mike Counsil Plumbing and Victoria’s team is knowledgeable with the city laws, proper line connections, and permit requirement. I was surprised to see a plumbing company that has their own work inspector (In this case, Dan B., was the one who came to my house for the final inspection. Thank you Dan!) to make sure all the works are according to code and it was done correctly. The works that were done at my house require city permits. Victoria makes sure we feel comfortable with the city inspection and she was present at the inspection. The company representatives such as Sabrina and Marissa are very friendly and easy to talk to. Comparing to other plumbing company, their price may not be the cheapest, but I can really see the quality in their work (compare to another plumbing company we hired years ago…). I highly recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing because I can trust their work and truly see the quality! Thank you, Victoria and your team for all the hard work! =)

The folks @ Mike Counsil have done work for us in the past, including the heater installation and unclogging/cleaning a backed up drain. Any time we've had work done by them, they are always right on time and very professional. They get the job done and clean up after they're finished to ensure there's no clean up for the customer. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Brian and Josh from Mike Counsil Plumbing arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs the same morning. Good communication skills. They were polite, efficient and very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Problem identified and solved under leadership of David Grijalva, a consummate pro, (ask for him) who kept communication lines open throughout the repair process, explaining solution options and project status, with minimal disruption to our lives. Permit was secured and final inspection successfully completed.

Mario was punctual and capable. He was able to identify and replace the necessary parts.

The plumber arrived on time, assessed the work to be done and the setting, and provided us with an estimate for five separate options. He thought he needed help, but no one was available from his company. So he went out to the plumbing supply store to pick up supplies we had not provided (we had purchased all of the replacement faucets, and two of the four shutoff valves). He worked diligently and finished the project by late afternoon. Our only complaint was that the plumber did not set the drain plugs properly. I spent about an hour resetting the “open” position so that liquids would drain properly.

The plumber was very resourceful and gave me good advice. He did a great job and even came back to finish the job with extra supplies.thank you for recommending this company!

Fine. Courteous, competent & took care of installation well

They called at 11:00 pm the night before appointment and left a voice message that they were cancelling. Only explanation was that they had no one in our area. No other solutions offered. Very poor customer service

They arrived promptly and showed me a written invoice with costs before the job was completed. They were careful to work neatly and with little "mess" to clean up after they left. I will call again.

I am writing this after the fact, so bear with me. We had a leak in the bath. Noticeably coming from the inlet pipe to the toilet. I shut off the water valve and the valves to the sink which the cold valve was slightly leaking. Plumber C came and determined that the valves and inlet pipes needed to be replaced. Then he said the toilet itself was leaking. (which now I do not believe). He replaced the toilet and sink valves and inlets and noticed that there was water coming from around the bottom of the faucet, so replaced the faucet. (which now I do not believe needed to be). He left and the first time the toilet was used, it was noticed to be rocking back and forth. Plumber J came on a Sunday to fix the toilet. There was a problem with the faucet, so Plumber C returned to replace. During the first visit, Plumber C determined that there was a leak under the house, so Plumber J was to come out to see and give us a quote. He never came, nor sent an estimate to this date. I believe these gentlemen are salesmen first, and plumbers second.

First of all I was going crazy and did not know what to do it was a Saturday and I was having a big party on Sunday I called Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter and they were able to send a tech out the same day and took care of my issue the same day and left me some options to work with I would defiantly use them again

Let me start off by saying I will definitely call Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter for my future plumbing needs!! I woke up to water in my bedroom closet from a leak coming from my water heater. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter, I spoke with Deanna in the office and she was so patient and knowledgeable. She was able to get me an appointment same day. Their technician Abel came out and was able to advise me of what needed to be done. Lets say I have a new water heater and i'm very pleased. Very Grateful, Debra Torres-Sanchez
