Description of Work: The plumbing team with Jaime in the lead did a complicated and extensive replacement of all the drain pipes under our nearly 50-yr-old house. We had corroding pipes and a complete replumbing of all pipes was suggested. I'm sure I would have been suspicious about this recommendation; however the Angie's list rating gave me assurance to go ahead with this very expensive repair.

Description of Work: The repairman "cabled the sewer main line through clean out 1st bail". 30 day guarantee. This was preventive maintenance work we scheduled to remove recurring tree root intrusion before we had any back up. The work was well done. | |However, an emergency sewer line clean out with a camera view on the weekend from another provider the previous year was at least $200 less expensive with a six month guarantee than this current service. We did not have too use the guarantee from the previous service. |

Description of Work: Of course plumbing work done in one's crawl space cannot truly be rated "good" until years later, but the workers were thoroughly professional. The estimates as more challenges were discovered were clear and explained as we worked toward a $5900 total over 3+ days. The Counsil materials offer impressive guarantees. There is a lot of "selling" involved, as sections of my rusty 60-year-old iron pipes were repeatedly presented to me to support a re-piping proposal which I chose not to accept. After 40 years in consumer goods marketing, I accept up-selling, but I found Counsil's efforts relentless, if always polite. Mr. Jan Wells
