The folks from AAA were were very polite, professional and punctual for all three visits. For the diagnosis, the tech showed me where parts had corroded and could not be repaired. He also asked if I had a CO detector since the furnace might have been generating the gas. In the second visit, the sales guy explained the available options and costs very clearly. Finally, they completed the installation right on time and thoroughly explained the operation of the new furnace and thermostat. When I need to replace the AC, I will call AAA.

The tune up went great! They also installed some freon in my A/C as well since I was really low. They are actually due out soon for a winter check up because I purchased the maintenance package for quarterly service.

The last time, I had a very young technician and they threw another guy to come out. In the end, they brought out somebody else at no cost.

It went fine. Everything was done as promised. They showed up on schedule. The new furnace and air conditioner is really noisy which is my only complaint.

Came to check out ventilation in the crawl space. I heard some noise and investigated after he said he missed some leaks before, but upon further investigation I went down myself and saw that he had beat up the ventilation system. I had bought a 5 year contract for service with this company and after this debacle I decided to terminate my contract and ask for a refund after they repaired part of it and just never finished the rest of the repairs. They gave me a full refund very quickly and I believe the provider is good, but they had unfortunately sent me a bad employee.

After the previous company I was going to hire didn't work out, I hired AAA to install ductless mini-split heating and cooling in the living room and bedrooms. JJ, Rick, Miguel, Andreas and Jerry installed everything quickly and efficiently over two days, and always cleaned up when they were done. They even took care of painting everything. Dave the estimator has been in contact from start to finish, no matter how many times I've been bugging him. Byron, Jennifer, Marisa and the other people in the office have been wonderful to deal with as well, and were willing to help me deal with notice requirements the HOA imposed, writing a letter for me to give to the neighbors and are getting the permits taken care of for me so I don't have to deal with the headache. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them in the future!

They did a good job with the service. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did everything right.

I have used AAA Furnace in the past and they are an excellent company.I have spoke with receptionists there about scheduling or billing details and they are very pleasant to deal with. I have never had a complaint about dealing with anyone in the office who answers the phone. I have met probably about 5 of the employees who do the services for furnace and cooler. Everyone of them have been full of knowledge. They explain the service in clear detail and give any tips that pertain to your service. I have nothing but good things to say about AAA Furnace and I will continue to use them They have provided me with services for about the last 8 years and I have really never seen an increase in price. Very efficient and affordable. You will have my business again!

Call several Angie's List A rated contractors when my Air Conditioner failed. AAA was my first call and they ended up having the shortest response time and could have a technician at my home in about 3 days. Other companies I contacted were over a week. There was a heat wave going on and everyone was very busy. Brian from AAA call prior to the scheduled start time and said he would be there in less than 30 minutes. He arrived as stated and started working after I explained the problem. He determined almost immediately that the start run capacitor used by the compressor and fan was probably bad and wanted to check it first. It was determined to be bad so he replaced it and the unit started working. He recommended that I have the contactor relay replaced also so I did. We estimated the air conditioner to be about 15 to 20 years old. Very happy with the experience. Thanks AAA and Brian.

The representative was through and informative about the need to have a HERS test on our system. He told us that the asbestos around our duct work would require abatement before the pressure testing, and that would be an additional charge. I later learned that if you have asbestos around the duct work, you are exempt from pressure testing. This is one key fact I felt the estimator should have known.

We called AAA to get service on our malfunctioning AC unit, which turned out to be older than we thought when we bought the house. The phone reps were extremely friendly and set us up with an appointment the next day. The technician, Phil, called to let us know he would be there shortly, and he arrived in the early part of the scheduled window. Phil quickly assessed the unit and was honest with us that it was probably overdue for replacement. But to get us through for a while, he replaced the motor for a flat fee. Phil performed the work quickly, well within his time estimate, and we were back to normal in just a couple of hours. Very pleased with the all-around professionalism of this company, and will definitely use them again.

They put down tarps to protect our carpeting while 2 men worked in the crawl space under the house to remove old duct work while the foreman replaced the furnace. Both jobs were labor intensive and they worked diligently, despite the high temperatures on the days they were here. They cleaned up as best they could when they were done. A problem arose because two of the new vent covers are no longer made in the sizes that we needed for our recently renovated bathrooms. We did not realize this until after the workmen left at the end of the first day, fortunately Salvadore, one of the workman, had realized that we might not be happy with the new cover he had installed in one of the bathrooms, and had saved the old cover which had been painted to match the decor of the room and which was the appropriate size. We were really worried that it had, most likely gone out with the trash on day 1. When we addressed the issue on day 2, the worker appeared with the old one and the painted screws as well. That was really thoughtful of him to be so perceptive, and to care enough about the details of the job to save those items until checking with us! We were delighted and he was happy to re-install them. The foreman Felix took charge of everything and was very thoughtful making sure we understood the new furnace and how to use the new digital thermostat. We are very pleased with this company and the salesman David, who we worked with initially.

Brian came, he saw, he fixed! Three parts needed to be replaced and he cleaned the unit. Gave me some great tips. The AC works like a dream now. Brrrrr-cold! I highly highly recommend AAA - I'll have him back to service my furnace and look at the water heater in the fall. It cost me $699 but that's better than nearly $4000!!!

It went extremely well. AC works perfectly now.

The technician, Shawn, was able to quickly diagnose the faulty component and replace it. He then checked out the functionality of the system. He offered a protection plan - which I ended up agreeing to purchase given the age of my system.

This company is shady and I will never contact them again unless the expensive unit that I had placed goes out. Terrible and Im still disgusted by the Eddie guys behavior.

I was able to get an estimator out quickly, and he was fabulous. Friendly, courteous and informative. He went to van to check when the next opening was for an appointment to actually do the job, and said it would next Friday (a week away). He said sometimes openings happen, but I kept that appt. for next Friday because he was so nice and I trusted the work would be quality. A few hours later, I got a call and he told me they could get out a few techs in a few hours! Needless to say, I was thrilled. No washer/dryer with 3 year old twins is tough, so 2 different techs showed up and they were friendly, helpful and performed the work without issue. My only issue (a small one) is they left some pieces of the old coil strewn across the backyard. Our coil/vent was so bad it could have easily started a fire, and I'm so glad we took care of this and happy with the quality of work we received!

David the sales rep called in response to my enquiry about replacing my old thermostat. He was very helpful in getting me an appointment for the work to be done. I was given 4 hour appointment window. Robert the technician called me 30min before the appointment window and informed me he will arrive in 45min. He arrived promptly. He was very friendly and professional. Robert removed the old thermostat, wired up the new thermostat and walked me through the set up of the new thermostat. Job well done! I will probably use AAA furnace again should I need them.

The 24-hr emergency service claim is BS. You get a rude answering service informing you that they don't do after-hours work.

I've been using AAA Furnace for years. Recently, they installed a new water heater for me. Several yrs ago, I had them put in an entire new heating and air conditioning system at my old house. It went very well and I was impressed by their professionalism. Also liked the fact that more senior managers visited the site and if I ever had a concern it was quickly addressed. Funny, every time I met one of the workers, they had been there for 20 years plus. So, they were very invested in the success of the business.

The job went very well, they were done in three days as predicted. The crew came in on time every morning and clean up at the end of the day. On the first day since I already had all the old ducts removed, they started removing the existing furnace and laying out the new vents. They also started setting up to installed the furnace on the attic since previously it was in a closet. The crew also started running the new ducts and making connections. The following day, they continued duct work and they reconfigured the gas pipes and ran electrical cables and install attic light an well all the drain pipes and the pans where the furnace needed to be set on. On the third day, they installed the AC condenser outside and run electricity to it as well as the cooling copper pipe and the return. All the inspections went through after the 2nd attempt due to a minor slop on the drain pipe. They did an awesome job and I am pretty happy with how everything turned out. I recommend AAA Furnace, they offer really good price and they job is very professional. One thing i do recommend is to seal you house completely so that the furnace does not work as hart.

They gave me a quote but I ended not using them. They were very professional, punctual, and their prices were I thought complete. I do not mind with the other estimate I got, when I say the pricing, I am not talking about the hourly rate, I am talking about the estimated hour that would complete the job. They told me that there would be 6 to 7 days with 3 men and then everybody else is telling me the 3 or 4 jobs. I really could not understand in looking at the job that I had and how they could possibly for 7 days with 3 men. I am not an expert and I am just going to the other quote that I got in their estimates. So, that was the only feedback that I had. Other than that, they are professional and courteous. It was at the beginning of October. It was like $9000 I think.

First time doing business with AAA and my initial reason for selecting them was their Angie rating and being open on Saturday. I did not get her name, but the friendly Saturday office voice was helpful and efficient during my several questions. Monday appointment and the Technician Phil called me ahead of his arrival time which was reassuring. Friendly and informative Phil made the diagnosis and had the needed component with him, which clearly was to my benefit by saving a second, follow-on appointment. The furnace is a 13 year-old Bryant. Should I have a future problem, AAA and Phil will be my default choice based on the total experience. To the management of AAA, your Saturday office staff and Phil go a long way to differentiate yourself from the cheap alternatives, as well as, the investment in rolling inventory in your service vehicles. Not sure when I might need you next, but I hope that I can repeat this experience.
