Description of Work: They do the heating and A/C service. They are excellent, good, and follow through which I appreciate.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, while the first part of the project (replacing the blower motor) went well, the larger part of the project (replacing the coil and relocating various elements for optimal use) was not handled well. The responsiveness to my calls was slow. Scheduling did not go as planned. The price was somewhat unclear. The estimated completion time was mis-stated, and a recommendation for some supplemental work was misrepresented. I ended up using another vendor for the project.

Description of Work: AAA put in a new furnace and air conditioner, a job which also included taking out the old ducts. The job went well from beginning to end.

Description of Work: When I called to schedule the work, I found the people working in the office to be lovely. I believe the owner himself called later to confirm the type of work to be done. The person who showed up came on time and completed the work in an efficient and straightforward manner. From what I can tell, all looks to be good. | |Only complaints were price - there was no basis for the total price, he literally walked in and said "How does [x] sound for total service plus materials?" It sounded fine to me, but seemed very strange. No explanation for the basis for the total. Also, there were a lot of left over slivers of wood, dust, and other bits from where he cut the hole in the roof - they fell down into the water heater cabinet. He did say he nailed down a couple of loose flushings on my roof while he was up there as a favor, and he was a nice guy - wanted to make sure I mentioned that. | |Overall I'm happy the work was done and I feel like the guy who completed it knew what he was doing and that it's good quality, but there were just a few things that were a bit off that would cause me to give them an overall B instead of an A.
