Description of Work: Made an appt for an estimate a week in advanced. They set a three hour window of arrival noon to 3 pm. I Received call at 230 indicating not coming but since I came a distance to wait the estimator Rich initially said that he would come after he goes back to office to get something to eat and do paperwork and would come by between 4 and 5 pm. He called at 345 saying he would need to reschedule and went on to say even if he came out to look at what is needed he wouldn't be able to give me a firm estimate for the work. And then went on to say u never know wehasteles they find once the start there work! I called their office to speak to the supervisor just to let them know how disappointed this experience is with them. Felt like they could care less and that my potential job is not lucrative enough. Keep in mind this company had not only installed the heater but had also been the ones servicing rit over the years. Maybe ownership has changed. Company should noit be sceheduling appts thery can't keep. Will check the list to find a more reputable company because if they can't keep an estimate appt hen not likely able to do a good job. IMHO
