At first all was OK until the installers came and had different plans than what was agreed upon by the salesman. Turns out he was fired for mistakes and they didn't take the time to check out his other bids. They installed the furnace, cut a hole in my wall to expand my intake and moved electric wires and then said it wouldn't work and I had to finish the drywall job the manager, no longer there either, said would be done by a pro that turned out to be just one of the installers. Eight months later we started hearing a flapping noise and it turned out the plenum was leaking, when we tried to turn on the A/C the next summer it didn't work. They never expanded my intake or cleaned my ducts and didn't cut out the intake hole all the way. I settled on a lower price but I feel I still got ripped. I will admit the guy that came to fix the plenum was good and the two other guys were nice, but all admitted that I got the worst installation crew they had. For high end equip you expect better.

They cleaned up after themselves & left no mess. I have no complaints about them. The furnace is working great. They knew what they were doing & they were good. I didn't do any price comparisons, but they seemed fair. They were worth it.

They did a really professional appearing job on the our air ducts. They redid our floor registers and moved them to fit in with our new cabinets. They went under the house and changed the ducts and installed a new unit on top of the ducts. I was really impressed with this company and their attitude towards their job.

They inspected the inside and outside and also cleaned it. The employee even had a stove pipe hat and laid down papers on the carpet so no soot would get on anything. He did an excellent job inspecting the chimney to make sure the chimney was safe. I was very impressed with them.

I have been using them to check our furnace once a year for five years. Once when the furnace wasn't working, they came out to take a look. The furnace only needed cleaned, and they charged a reasonable fee for the service. They are very professional in appearance. They also do a good job cleaning up their mess when they're finished. I have been very satisfied with their service.

I live in a modular home and I needed to get air conditioning installed so I called AAA Furnace. They came with a new air conditioner and had it installed into my home. These men were fast and very efficient, as they were in and out in a day. They had a lot of work to do and even installed a new thermostat for us. We had the swamp cooler taken out and they forgot to tell us that we needed the sheet rock filled in but they did cover it for us. They did a good job but I thought the price was a little high.

We needed a new air conditioner, and Furnace so we bought it from AAA as they were recommended by a friend. George was great, very efficient, and cleaned up everything when he was done. This was a Energy Saver Furnace, and we never have had a problem with it, and it requires a service call every 2 years, this was just done, and everything is running great. George took 1 day to install everything and did a great job. His prices were very reasonable.

THEIR PERFORMANCE WAS GREAT. THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THEIR WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY. THEY WERE FAST-ACTING AND CAME AT ANYTIME, EVEN AT 10 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE.

WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WE ORIGINALLY CALLED THEM TO PUT IN A NEW FURNACE. LATER, WHEN WE ASKED ON OUR OWN ABOUT PUTTING IN AC, THEY DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE US INTO A SALE OR OVER-SELL US.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB! WE ARE QUITE SATISFIED WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE. EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY. WE WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

They are very good. They did everything right. I was certainly satisfied with their work. In fact, the guy never came to get his money. I think he was sick. He finally got paid and I had to practically push the money on him. He is a real nice guy.

This company came into my home and gave me an estimate of replacement of my air conditioning and heating units. They guy that came out was very nice and he also did the work. I did end up having a minor problem and they came out right away to fix it.

When they were cleaning the furnace they found a gas leak. They told me I needed a new furnace but it was just a gas leak. They are considered to be the best reputable furnace company around. The neighbors highly recommend them but I wasn't satisfied with their work.

My wall thermostat wasn't working properly so we called our home owners insurance and they called AAA Furnace to come and take a look. They told me I need a new thermostat so I had them install it. I have a homeowner's insurance plan so there is a deductible.

This company did an excellent job. They were good and they responded really fast. My old furnace had caught on fire. The company actually came back and checked on the furnace to make sure that everything was working right. I would recommend them to any homeowner.
