They are always on time and courteous. They seem to be knowledgeable and their service has been good. I have used them for over 10 years

They sold and installed an inferior product. They knowingly sold and installed a product that would be obsolete. The coolant used in the unit was going to be phased out within 18 months of the install. This caused much higher cost in maintenance and service. When I made attempts to contact their phone was always busy and never had a way to leave a message. They were completely unresponsive.

Tech knew right where to look first. Job was completed quickly and efficiently.

They were pretty good. They very thoroughly explained the work that they did. And also gave recommendations in case problems happened in future. It took about a couple of hours. It was one worker.

Excellent. The crew went above and beyond to work around our housing obstacles. They knew exactly what additions to make to assure that the installations met code. The salesman, Rich, personally inspected to made sure that we were happy with the finished work.

AAA Furnace did a thorough job of the air duct cleaning

Perfectly easy. No mess and they washed down the outside sidewalk for me. EXCELLENT! Wish I had more work for them. One of the best experiences ever.

It was excellent. Their customer service was just supreme. The workers were so polite, courteous, and hardworking. Their pricing was also more reasonable than the other estimates I received.

Just to give you a small example they mentioned that a control board failure was unusual and that I had some moisture drip right above the board, and they helped me make sure that didn't happen again. So they not only fixed it but told me how to not have it break.

1. Thermostat replacement. Charged $130 for service call, where he diagnosed a faulty thermostat in about 1 minute. Charged $98 for the replacement thermostat. 2. A/C repair Didn't really want to work on A/C at the beginning of winter, asked me to delay it to accommodate other customers' urgent heating repairs. I was agreeable. Finally they diagnosed leaking evaporator coils and replaced those. I think the part costs around $500 and it was 1/2 day work for 2 people, including redoing the rain lines, flushing the lines, "filter dryer"(?), and 10lb new refrigerant, total $1895, which they didn't itemize on the invoice. Hidden inside the manual for the compressor was instructions for registering for the extended warranty. I didn't notice it; they didn't point it out. It still didn't work, and they were good about allowing me to defer payment until they could identify the next problem a couple of weeks later, a bad low pressure cutoff valve. They replaced that, and didn't charge me for it because it still wasn't working, and they think water got into the compressor unit, because of the leaky coils, which has to be completely replaced. (I think that could have been figured out earlier and they shouldn't have sold me the new refrigerant, which probably has to be flushed out and discarded.) At that point I paid for the work already done, but it's still not working. They promised a quote on the new compressor, but never got it. Called to remind them, and again they didn't follow up. Now, 2 months later, I'm giving up and looking for a different company to finish the repair.

They are great. When It was time to buy a new furnace I was nervous. They took the time to explain my options. I felt good about hiring them. They come every year to do annual maintenance and to change the filter. I am extremely satisfied.

The conversation on the phone went okay. The girl didn't put my name down for appointment until I asked her if they need my address to come out. That was a bit strange but it's okay. Then the guy that came didn't introduce his name and he seemed a bit annoyed. But it's okay. I said there was a problem about my ignition and it won't light up. He went to his car and got a control board for the igniter, put it on, tested it and the igniter went back to business! Yay! However the worst part started there.. he finally looked at me and spoke. He said, I don't know how much that is, I will need to go check the price on that. Waited patiently, then he came and said, it will be $550 with 90 days warranty. Jaw dropping. This means, $148 is for the service call, and $402 is for the part that he just put on in 2 minutes. I was doing with a lot of things for my house and dealing with multiple contractors in the last year, my intuition told me that this price was weird. So I made a call and was told that this is $150 the most and I could get it from a local store. Charging me $402 for the part was outrageously expensive and I am not sure how they could fart this out and assume that I would be willing to pay for that. I think this business is shady with all the good reviews on Angie's list and Yelp. As someone that went with the good reviews, I feel like I am extremely responsible to voice experience and tell other people as much as I could to prevent them from getting ripped off. I will be surprised that this type of business practice is allowed by law. The guy did not give me a quotation for the part price before he installed, and I had to ask him to take it off. At the end, he asked for my voucher as my payment method, however he did not provide me with a receipt or invoice or any form of confirmation that this service was performed. I was able to find a new one on Amazon for $85. So instead of going to my local shop and pay $150, I saved another $70.

Professional, informative and excellent. Although my heater is 27 years old, the service made my heater quiet for the first time in 6 years. I received same day service...highly recommended!

They were really friendly and very careful to not leave any mess. They vacuumed everything so well it looked cleaner than it was before they came! It was impressive, actually. I now have good airflow to the entire place. My only complaint was that in my phone call with AAA, I said that I also wanted an estimate for a new furnace estimate. However, the repair guys said they just fixed them, and thus could not give me an estimate. So if I have to pay again to have the estimate, I can't see using them again as it should have been done during the initial visit. Aside from that, the work was great, as was the $130 price for labor.

They wanted to charge me $130 fix the thermal couple unit on my water heater that the service technician said that was most likely the result of their previous technician. A week later I have no hot water. I called to get them to come out and the receptionist said that their service is no longer under warranty and that she would need to check with the technician on whether they'll come out.
