Description of Work: Removed Existing Furnace Coil and replaced with new Coil. Removed old Air Condition Unit and replaced with New Trane XR13 4 Ton Condenser Model Unit and a Pre-manufactured Pad. Replaced 220 Power Hook-up with new Unit.

Description of Work: Our new dryer has an warning light that indicated a blockage in the vent. I called AAA and they sent out 2 inspectors the next day. They heard a strange gurgling sound coming from the outdoor vent opening -- and that the airflow was intermittent. One of the guys crawled under the house and determined that the vent had water in it - probably from our old dryer. They said they could clean it out -- but water in vent could mean mold and future problems - and suggested a new vent. They sent out 2 more guys the next day who replaced 30 feet of dryer vent in only 1 hour. When they pulled the old vent pipe out, it was indeed full of mold & mildew. Now the airflow is smooth and drying time is greatly reduced.

Description of Work: We called 4 cos., one of which just gave us estimate over the phone (didn't come to our home) and one of which did not return our call. We needed a new wall heater (gas, direct vent). Both other cos. were cheaper than AAA, but one co. representative who came to our house said he had not done the needed work in 15 yrs, but it was like riding a bike. I expressed my concern & fears about gas (gas leaking and explosions), but he again said it was like riding a bike, no problem. Although he was nice and his co. got all As on Angie's, we did not have confidence in him, after what he said. The other co. was great on the phone as to estimate, but we just felt it would be better for him to come out and actually see our old heater set up to ensure there would be no problems with new installation. AAA was about $400 more than one co & $150 more than over-the-phone estimate co., but we had confidence in the estimator (David). The installers were able to come out sooner than we expected and were prompt and put down tarp from our front door to the heater (it was raining and they were careful not to track in mud and water). Hal, the installer, was professional, courteous answered all our questions, & showed us how the new heater & thermostat worked. Additionally, he answered questions about our existing floor heater, even though that heater was not part of the job he was doing for us. We would use them again. I purposely did not give the price we paid (in the above block)

Description of Work: Philip excellent as customer service; Robin, at execution. AAA tried to unclog dryer vent duct from outside. Used high pressure air and rotating brush for straight run of abut 15 feet of duct When that did not work, Robin came back to crawl under the house to unclog by dismantling the duct .Great service!

Description of Work: I have been using AAA for many years. They installed my new HVAC system in my house 20 years ago. Since then whenever I have needed them for service they have been very responsive and competatively priced. The installed a furnace in my rental property and did a great job.

Description of Work: Got regular air duct cleaning at special price $199 plus installation of surge protector for $100. Furnacewas cleaned, oiled, and checked out, vents and ducts were all vacuumed out.

Description of Work: Two technicians came to clean my home air ducts, but they had to leave since they didn't have a long enough hose to do the work. Since they had to come back another day, they gave me a discount as a courtesy. They came back the next week and did a good job. However, they did a poor job in cleaning up after themselves - there were black marks on my ceiling next to the vents and dust bunnies on the kitchen counter and on the carpets in the hallway.
